Carlshalton branch Pizza Pizza was excellent overall. The food was prepared really fresh and tasty. Whereas the service was also great. Mr Ahmed is a professional in hospitality.

Good pizza n poutines but the lady who answer the phone for delivery's try ro rip people off she does it everytime I get her I just know to expect it so I tell her she's wrong about the price check again n it's usually fixed ASAP but today she tried telling me my last order was a special like I haven't been ordering here since imoved here in 2022 so I know the prices pretty well I don't think she should be answering phones period

Worst customer service they burned 2 Pizzas I ordered. There response was we will tell the store manager. Don’t waste your money

FIRE!! The cheese was so extra!! The wings were nice and crispy even though I ordered the honey garlic they were fire just plain crispy too. The toppings with the cheese was just right! Crust was done perfectly! And the delivery man was so nice and cute. It was well worth the wait!!

Tried to order online, the banner special was for a medium 2 topping with dip for $12, that's good, went to place the order, go through everything enter payment method, delivery address, and when I hit the complete order button a pop up in what can barely be called English pops up saying min $25, I wish that would have been anywhere before I wasted my time, also the $4.95 delivery fee and tip required is like a real restaurant adding an 18% gratuity no matter how bad the service is to the bill.

Our two Panzerottis came extremely undercooked and very heavy from grease. We weren’t allowed to change our order to baked instead deep fried ( which wasn’t clearly noticeable during ordering) We couldn’t even get a refund but are forced to use a LIMITED TIME credit.( expiring in 6 months) We weren’t offered any type of credit, just an apology.
( after 3 calls) two calls got disconnected from their end.
So basically, they were not held accountable for their actions, next customer who gives a poop right!?

OUCH!!! $35 for a medium pizza with two meat toppings and some veg! No thank you!! I understand inflation but that is nuts! They won't last much longer as their reviews are pitiful. Good riddance Pizza Pizza. Won't miss you and your overpriced product!

Hvis jeg kunne fik de ikke en stjerne, har lige fået mad derfra og en flaske vin som så viser sig at være en tysk frugt vin på 9 % og ikke rødvin, min mand fik grill kylling med fritter i kyllingen sad et langt lyst år fast, jeg fik gode ben med bearnaise sovs som var så lille en portion at der ikke var nok til de 18 fritter der var til men det gjorde ikke så meget da den var særdeles skilt, og fritter var mega tøre mit ostebrød virkede som var det gammel pizza dej og slet ikke skyggen af ost, desværre er vi meget skuffet det var så godt engang derfra men denne gang her aldrig mere mad derfra

Je commande avec Doordash une pizza moyenne chez Pizza Pizza ssez régulièrement depuis le mois de décembre 2023 vu que je n'ai plus de voiture depuis ce temps. Tout allait bien, je commandait ma pizza avec un tip de 4.00 et ca me revenait a 30.00 a 32.00. Depuis 1 mois et demi, sans tip, ça revient à 36,00. Ça n'a pas de sens. J'aime votre pizza mais le prix n'a aucun sens depuis une couple de mois. La Covid à le dos large.

So i was calling pizza pizza to place an prder for pickup the they kept asking me weird questions and woudl not place my order i dont recommend this restaurant to anyone

I ordered a medium pizza from Pizza Pizza. The pizza I received was not double cheese and did not come with bacon as I ordered. I called to complain, got polite service, was sent another pizza to replace the 1st one but still no bacon and definitely not double cheese. It appears to me they do not care about their customer, me.

Placed an order at 5:15pm arrived downstairs at 5:58pm and apparently the 40min or free doesn't apply to certain people, talked to manager and was told driver was here at 5:53 but driver hadn't phoned me until 5:56 and I buzzed him in at 5:58. So in conclusion their 40min or free is a load of crap

My experience is just wonderful!I love the workers here they are very kind. My food comes very fast and fresh. The employes treat us withr espect and they are very caring. I just love this place and i go 1-3 times a week with my friends.

I pre ordered 5 xl pizzas ready for 5 30 and yes there were ready but yes they were cold !! So disappointed!!! I had to put each pizza in the oven before serving to my guests . 22 people here witnessed the cold pizza that was sold to me for over 80 dollars !!!

The lady working here does not know how to talk nicely with her customer. Pizza tasted as if I was eating just pizza dough with tomato sauce on it. There was no taste of cheese and toppings on my pizza. Disappointed with the food and service here.
