Called customers services to discuss a shower door. First male employee rude, stated no couldn't help and hung up. Number provided by B&Q. Tried the number on order form. Female argued with me for over 20 minutes very obviously had not had training on the Consumers Act 2015.When asked if I could speak with her manager I was refused and stated she would tell me exactly what she was telling me. No resolution given.
All I requested was for a piece of seal and trim for a shower door they provided through B&Q. Eventually asked for the whole door if that's what they needed. Again refused.
Unable to find complaints on their website.
Company doesn't care
The company hides behind Argos for the bath panel product that we bought. Appalling quality for a company of such standing. Even worse is the refusal to accept any responsibility for the quality of the product. Initially they denied even making it until they were obliged to acknowledge it. One member of the customer services showed concern but has no power to do anything. Neither Argos nor this lot will accept the quality is c***. Have waited over a year for a response despite many attempts to establish contact with a manager, a quality department or anyone who cares about their reputation but there is no one. Am throwing the bits in the bin now.

Revieved a delivery from pjh Bolton and kne of the crew members by the name Dominic was very rude and used inappropriate language towards myself. Spoken to with a very angry manner
wouldnt advice people like this to work along side a company as it goes against company rules.
An absolute shambles.
How this company is still in business is beyond me. Placed a large order of bathroom fittings from a local store and thus was passed to PJH to deliver. First delivery arrived on time, offloaded, all OK. Two weeks later fitter opened basin unit to find it was the wrong 'hand', not as per the order or delivery note. Phoned store, worried as fitter was almost finished bathroom and was going to another job. Next morning the store manager arranged for a replacement unit to he delivered the following day. Nothing arrived so we called PJH to be told it wasn't delivered as the truck was too big for our road. The truck 2 weeks prior had no issue, but they'd sent an even bigger truck! If driver had called my fitters would have walked to the truck to collect it! Replacement unit finally arrived on the Monday, even that driver needed instructions as our road has a tight angle, but if you continue up for 100 yards you can turn and come back at a better angle. Large DFS, Dreams, Removals, Currys and Oil trucks have never complained. This man had no paperwork to take incorrect item back. The next day PJH sent another truck to collect this, in an even bigger truck! This driver at least called me to say there were overhanging hedges and his truck was too tall. Eventually the store manager drove up himself to collect it. An absolute shambles of a company and I'd never recommend them.

We cannot express how pleased we were with the service received from PJH. From placing the order with B&Q we had 5 text messages from the delivery company keeping us informed on the delivery day we had a phone call from the driver and on arrival they could not have been more helpful. Many thanks
Poor quality materials + expensive prices
We purchased the Laila basin through MP Moran and
after using it for about six months it is completely covered in stains. Customer service told us that their sinks cannot get in contact with cosmetics - yes, cosmetics or beauty products! - and they would not replacement it, even if they claim lifetime guarantee!!
Not fit for purpose products and expensive prices, unless you are planning to leave the sink in a showroom. Avoid!

poor service, Ordered a bath through B and Q, Arrived damaged got told it wasnt a manufacturers problem... well it is if its not fit for use... Wasted 3 days work and over 100 pounds in materials to fix the unfixable Joke of a service
Delivered as expected.
Ordered a dishwasher, and the company used PJH for delivery. There was an initial mix up of addresses, but after a couple of phone calls, it was sorted and our item delivered the next day within minutes of the ETA and a very nice driver, who took the machine right to my doorstep.
Bathrooms to hate.. Not love!
We ordered through a supplier from their bathrooms to love brand. First lot of furniture arrived scratched, and bubbled, Valesso furniture not indigo blue as advertised, the carcasses are blue the fronts are grey! We over looked the colour and agreed to have a replacement sent out and the faulty units collected. Delivered today and opened and to my horror they are worse than before! Scratched, even more bubbled! No protection at all to stop their packaging scratching the units. If cardboard can scratch the fronts I doubt everyday use in a bathroom will last! I am beyond furious! This has massively delayed our bathroom being fitted and now we have the pleasure of going through it all again! Joke!! ** called them this morning and they refused to speak to us as ordered through a supplier. Poor quality and poor customer service!

Item was ordered from B&Q and they use PJH who then use Parcelforce.
Absolute rubbish. Driver did not attempt to deliver and did not leave a card. Simply dropped the parcel at the village post office saying that we were not in (a lie). He is known for doing this apparently and never tried to deliver. The staff at the post office have to send uncollected parcels back as the intended recipients never know they are there.
Standard pro forma replies from these companies do not hack it. They are all responsible for allowing such appalling laziness and bad service.
Will never use Parcelforce, PJH or B&Q again.
Flawless from start to finish
I ordered bathroom items through B&Q (who have been a nightmare from start to finish). The only smooth aspect has been anything involved PJH - once the order was in, a lovely man called me to double check all the delivery details and ensure the delivery date was right. When I asked online for an update on the morning of delivery when the tracker stopped working, I quickly got a call back from a friendly woman to assure me it was due to arrive and I'd get a call before they arrive. I then did get the call, they were friendly on the phone and arrived exactly when they stated, and were very careful when carrying the items into our flat. Brilliant service, B&Q could really learn from PJH!!
Bought some items from b&q
Bought some items from b&q, to be fulfilled and delivered by PJH, my experience was positive. The delivery drivers were very friendly and put the items in our requested room with no dramas.
The delivery was very quick, I think next day after my order online.
I am in the process of waiting for a collection for one of my items and booking that it in was smooth as well, despite b&q not booking it in properly.
PJH reached out immediately and we got it all booked in.
Vandalism
If your order was assigned to PJH, that will be your most bad luck day. I recommend your eye never leave to their guys, follow behind them all the time. Otherwise, they will vandalise your house. I am be one of the victim.
Shambles
First delivery received damaged. Replacement booked for today ( monday). Get a text saying will be delivered at 8.02. Rush to the empty property to receive it
Waiting until 8.30, no delivery. Message live chat when it opens at 8.30 to be told they forgot to put it on the van. And I'm paying for this service, which other sector would get away with that ?

PJH-Totaal Services advertises itself as a certified company, but nothing could be further from the truth! Is not registered with any reputable roofing organization! So in case of disputes, no access or support.
Please, do not do any business -certainly not with regard to roofing- with this one man company, with P.O. box offices all over NL; bunglers of the worst kind. Works preferably, to exclusively along the digital highway.
Payment conditions are strangulation agreement; within 5-days and in case of cancellation after assignment 50% of the tender amount.
Upon completion of the work, the roof is left with a havoc of broken tiles. Furthermore, after inspection, by an independent roofing company, a range of improperly applied and/or wrong material, or in the wrong color, appears to have been used. Factory/Material specifications are ignored in the execution
Only 1-star, to post this review, but 0-star fits PJH like a glove

PJH-Totaal Services, afficeert zich als een gecertificeerd bedrijf, maar niets is minder waar! Staat niet geregistreerd bij enig gerenormmeerd organisatie van dakdekkers! Dus bij geschillen, geen toegang of support.
Alsjeblieft, doe geen enkele zaken -zeker niet met betrekking tot dakbedekking- met dit éénmansbedrijf, met postbus-vestigingen door heel NL; beunhaas van de ergste soort. Werkt bij voorkeur, tot uitsluitend langs de digitale snelweg.
De betalingscondities zijn wurgovereenkomst; binnen 5-dagen en bij annulering na opdracht 50% van het offertebedrag.
Na voltooiing van de werkzaamheden blijft er op het dak een ravage van gebroken dakpannen over. Voorts blijkt na inspectie, door een onafhankelijke dakbedekkersbedrijf, een scala aan onjuist toegepast en/of verkeerd materiaal, of in de onjuiste kleur te zijn gebruikt. Fabrieks/Materiaalvoorschriften worden in de uitvoering genegeerd.
Slechts 1-star, om deze review te plaatsen en potentiële klanten te waarschuwen, maar 0-star past PJH als een handschoen.

Shocking. No sign of the item I ordered and I ordered two weeks in advance! Can't get through online, by live chat or over the phone. Now v worried I've been scammed. Can someone confirm "PJH Delivery" is a genuine delivery service?

Absolutely useless company had wrong address so I contacted them and they refused to change it. So they’re going to send it to wrong place. Really unhelpful and put phone on me. I’ve just read other reviews really bad. Avoid at all costs
