From the very start which was a general enquiry on affordability, right until the end when we completed, Francesca and Jo were always on the other end of the phone! As I am in the country on a visa with a contract job, I knew it would not be easy for me to get a mortgage. I have approached 3 mortgage brokers who never bothered to call me back and let me know if I would be eligible for a mortgage. Jade was the only one who have taken on my case. The day after our first call, Jade has checked with the team and felt confident that 2 lenders would potentially be willing to lend me money to fulfill my dream.
Although it took more than 2 months to get the mortgage approved, Jade has updated me every week. There was never a moment which I could not feel Jade's professionalism. She has always been responsive and made sure that I understand everything as she knew that it is my first time buying a property in the UK.

Planet Financial in Chicago, Illinois is a complete scam & stole over $1,780.00 from my bank account. After paying the loan and interest taxes, they stole $1,780.00 the exact amount of the loan and interest taxes. Kinda weird that your company has the same name, exact name but you are located in UK? Reported it to the federal wage bureau, but it is apparent that both companies work together to cover it up.

I was accepted for a $5,000 loan from planet finance. I was excited but now im hearing they are not legit. May I ask why that is? There waiting for me to call to finalize my loan and as they say "put it in my account ". Anyone with answers would help before I make a mistake. Thank you

I apply for a loan said was approved did what they told me sent a copy of id ask asked and got nothing but a run around they won't let you talk and they talked over you i was passed on to 3 guys Tony Rogers, Max lopez, and Author Jones if that is their real names now i am checking with the States Attorney to see about fraud since they have all my information all i wanted was a loan that they said i was approved for and swear that i will have it.

Highly recommended. They sourced alternative products and adjusted quotes each time we amended our requirements(!) without grumble. Professional, very helpful and not pushy.

Their reassurances and quick communication meant the world. During what was a very unnecessarily stressful process. Made a living hell by the solicitors who dragged a 6-8 week process out to a 14 week process.

With the dramatic and sudden rise in interest rates and trying to buy my own home alone as a self employed person this was not simple. But Fran and Jo were very clued up and knew exactly how to explain the situation in very simple to follow terms.

I had a toxic mix of poor advisors from accountants, estate agents, brokers, developers and so on letting me down at every step. The class shown by Planet Finance in all regards really stood out.

I continually kept holding up their sharp and high standards as an example to the woeful organisations I had took onboard. My mortgage brokers are the only ones emerging with any credit.

They showed empathy. They knew their stuff. But it was the fast communication that made a big difference. Getting a quick, confident answer meant so much in this bizarre and forgettable period of my life.

We cannot rate Tom highly enough. He was professional, friendly, and diligent from start to finish. We came to Tom after a previous broker let us down at the 11th hour. Tom rescued the situation and managed a complex application with self-employed accounts and higher than normal lending multiples requires through to successful completion. Tom was honest and kept in communication throughout. Thank you!

Tom helped me get a great mortgage in principle after I had struggled for due to being a young contractor with just over a year of contracting. The mortgage in principle was a better rate, and higher amount that I thought I would get. Once I had put an offer in, Tom helped me get a better interest percentage than the mortgage in principle. I have worked in finance for a number of years and I can honestly say that the service I received was 11/10 value for money. Today in the completion date and I couldn’t be happier. I would 100% recommended using this service, and I would 1000% recommend asking for Tom! (He responds Monday - Sunday 6am to 11pm!).

Would highly recommend Jo and Francesca from Planet Finance, they where amazing from start to finish! Having not been on the property ladder for a couple of years, they made me so at ease and dealt with everything for me. Kept me updated with the whole process. With chains involved they managed to get my mortgage through and I completed on my new purchase within just 3 months. Will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.
