I have a legal claim in process and data protection claim .

I opened an account and deposited some money. They suspended the account pending receipt of verification documents (fair enough). I decided not to send them and instead ask Planet Sport to return the funds and close the account. They have ignored this, and all subsequent emails from myself requesting the return of my funds.

Tantamount to thieving and the fact they've ignored my emails when they were only too quick to suspend the account and email me demanding documents is a joke. Avoid!

Took £50 off me and immediately blocked my account.

The most con website of all time. Have 4 withdrawals equalling over £3000. They are STILL pending after 4 days. No one has replied to my emails after 4 days. This is the biggest scam website ever. Easily takes the deposits but when it comes to withdrawing they do not process it. Everyone contact the police and gambling commission to get it shutdown. I am STILL waiting. I AM FUMING.

This Betting Company is a complete joke I deposited £100 gambled no problem won £150 profit then my account all of a sudden suspended. I got an email to send across all my documents I did as requested 3 days later no contact today I have received an email saying my account has been closed no reason given I did everything according to they’re terms and conditions my £250 taken Scamming company I will be reporting this to the gambling comissons how these are allowed to operate as a company is a complete joke I want my money back!!!
