Plant came very damaged and wilted

Great communication. Ordered an alocasia imperial red for their store. Seller reached out to me to informed that the leaves are not looking great after seeing the photo I decided to get the plant. Packaged really well. I got 2 plants for the price of one. Stock some more rare alocasia. I’ll purchase more. Thanks!

From the very beginning, I was impressed by Plant Studio's informative website, clear illustrations, and practical care advice. Their selection of plants and pots is beautifully curated and caters to all wants and needs.

I initially chose them to support a local retailer and reduce my carbon footprint, though I worried I might have to compromise on quality to meet my environmental goals.

Absolutely no compromise was necessary.

Standout highlights from my experience:

• Exceptional Plant Welfare:

During the longest heatwave on record, the shop proactively emailed to ask if I would wait for a more favourable temperature for transportation. They offered superb options: prioritising delivery speed (accepting the risks), waiting for cooler weather to secure plant quality, or collecting in person.

• Impeccable Packaging:

My plants and pots arrived today, extremely well packed, perfectly protected from any unforeseeable transit harm, and clearly labelled for the best delivery outcomes.

The Personal Touch:

The cherry on the cake was a lovely thank-you note complete with a quaint, handmade ladybird gift. It will sit in one of my pots as a keepsake and a reminder to revisit them for future purchases.

I would recommend this business with ease. Whilst national buyers will undoubtedly receive the same excellent service, there is so much to be said for supporting a county business doing everything right in a market predominantly driven by venture capitalist enterprises focused solely on CAPEX, OPEX, and shareholder profits.

Good range of plants from easy to harder to keep types

Amazing service from Plant. Studio, after searching the internet for about a month i finally found a Turks cap cactus up for sale on there website. The plant arrived expertly packaged and is a really nice example, would certainly recommend to order from them, a big thank you

Lovely staff, so helpful!!!!

I bought a ficus plant from their shop I didn’t notice the star of the plant in the store but by the time I got home the plant lost all its leaves but one. The stem was very wrinkled and the soil was extremely dry. The plant didn’t survive even a week I’m very disappointed.

Really really lovely staff, an amazing selection of beautiful plants displayed so nicely in a little hidden gem!

I attended a terrarium-making workshop with the Plant Studio and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I was a complete beginner, and the people leading the workshop were friendly, helpful and practical. Enough materials were provided as part of the course cost to allow me to walk away with my own terrarium and there are extra items on site that you can buy at a discount. There's plenty of scope to be creative in this activity and I thoroughly recommend it!
