Total scam. Just tried to defraud me. I fell for the Facebook scam to get cheap topsoil. Looked totally legit. Luckily my credit card company spotted it so I have only lost £12. They just tried to take another £45, but the fraud team were on it straight away. I feel such a fool. Don't let this happen to you.

This company is a complete scam. I received an email telling me that I had won a mystery box from Shein and that i needed to make a £1 payment for shipping (I should have realised it was a scam) but the email looked like any email I’ve ever received from shein so I didn’t question the authenticity of the email, this company then withdrew 2 seperate transactions of £55 from my account, when I contacted the company to find why they had taken the money they told me it was not them, that they have no access to money and that it was another company they work on behalf of but would not tell me the company name they apparently work on behalf of. Moral of the story if something looks too good to be true it probably is. I feel so stupid that I fell for such a stupid scam. I’m now £111 down and my bank basically said it’s my own fault for falling for the scam can’t get the £111 back but the bank have stopped any further amounts leaving my account

Total scam site. Paid for hamper from Morrisons. They then tried to take £55.00 from my account. Criminal act. Pure evil scammers. Do not touch.

I was scammed by this company.
I was contacted by my bank regarding a suspicious transaction.
I had paid for skin care after seeing a great deal advertised on my Facebook. There were good reviews but I realise now they must of been fake.
The company saved my details and not only took the sum of money I expected to pay but proceeded to take £55 a couple of weeks later and I never received the skin care.
I’m annoyed at myself for falling for the scam but you live and learn.

I'm ashamed to say I fell for a scam from these people. I'm now out of pocket by £174.95 (although not as much as some, it's still not great).

I followed what I thought was a legitimate collaboration with Boots, ordered what I thought was a £9.95 Sol de Janeiro gift box (I know, right?). A month and a half later, they are taking £55 regularly from my account. Have cancelled card now.

From a quick look online:

Plantasksnow - a front for a company called Exotic Media Ltd - Director is Amanda Jane LANSLEY, she has registered her home address on Companies House and on the web site. Telephone number not recognised, surprise, surprise. Online Chat tells you that you are in a queue, a queue which never ends.

Disguised as a Morrisons box of food for £10, under the guise of a normal everyday person on Facebook whose daughter apparently works there, loads of comments to say it was a real deal and they had received their boxes of food so being on UC and struggling to make ends meet I filled in the questionnaire, qualified for the box of food and paid the £10 for the box, then pop up came for another payment for something, then another, so I stopped and feared the worst, sure enough the payment for £55 was flagged by my bank who told me it was a regular payment, I had my card stopped by my bank and they are sending me a new one and blocking any further payments to this company, they still got the initial £10 though so I'm trying to get that back. How are they allowed to do this to people who are just trying to make ends meet, why are they still doing this and not been shut down by either Facebook or the police? I have reported to Morrisons as it was on their Facebook page!

SCAM🤬 They use ads on Facebook to make you sign up to get good deals and only pay for postage and they use well-known brands to make you fall for it. Unfortunately I feel for it and the Brand they used to trick me was Boots UK but fortunately I was lucky and my card provider stopped them from stealing from me first they do a small amount to confirm your card is valid and then they try to take money every month for a supriscrition that you don't know you have or agreed too.🤬🤬🤬

... and they have tried again to take money - Barclays have put a block on them, thankfully
Do not trust these people

This is a complete scam, I’ve not bought anything from this company but despite this they have been able to take money from my credit card, a pound then 4 lots of £55. My bank Lloyds say it’s my fault as I must have entered my details on a fake website. So avoid Plantasksnow.com and don’t have a Lloyds CC as you have no protection or support with this kind of thing.

I have £55.00 taken from my account by this company and I don't know why they took my money. They are dubious and scamming.

I am in the bank in floods of tears as i have had 2 ots of £55. Taken and another today. Bank put me on to fraud. Which i had spoke to last week. To be politey told its my fault. And to get in touch with rhe company. To which i said i would if i knew how to. But still in bank and just read all the teviews saying same. Im not good at all this.... but.... i saw a thing at top of review page to 'visit website' which i obviously havent before.....soi did and found the contact info. So here goes. Ill let you know later.

Hi there. I am asking you refund my two lots of £55.00 you've taken from my bank account. Before I go to the local radio station, With the news that you are a scam artist. Also, the scam interceptors people. I found out on trust pilot that you have done this before. To so many people. You have 15 days to reply. Before the bank takes action.

I actually dont care because I've sorted with bank you wont be able to scam anymore. What I'd like to know is what do you say I actually signed up for as I know I never.

Be aware they are scammers, using surveys by reputable companies. I got caught using a Screwfix survey, with a prize draw for completing the survey, with only a postage charge.
This is a scam by PLANTASKSNOW.COM, they took £9.95 for postage and the have tried to take a further £55. My Bank are now investigating this as Fraud

Don't know who these people are they keep trying to take 55 pounds out of my bank

For the delivery then they charge £55.00 a month.

I am ashamed to give them one star. I wish there was a negative score. Total scam. Not only have I reported it to bank but also to police. Never been caught in a scam before and wish I had done more homework. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Avoid scam and fraudulent site, no contact details, so unable to complain in person, cancelled cc as a result of a spurious to say the least transaction that this idiot fell for

I'd never heard of this company until payments had been taken from my account. I contacted my banks fraud department and they helped me with the transactions and duly reimbursed me and cancelled any further subscriptions I didn't subscribe to
