DO NOT give this company your details, it is a scam. I have just had £9.95 plus a further £59 taken from my credit card which I did not agree to and will be getting reported.

I don't understand how this scammer got my bank account details. I've never heard of them or bought anything via Facebook. I've reported them to my bank and frozen my bank card. They say they have cancelled the account but not mentioned anything about a refund of the £55 pending payment.

Another one here who was well and truly duped. Saw an advert on Facebook advertising some beauty products for the cost of the postage ( £2). The firm appeared to be EpicEnclave.net. No Mention of Plantasksnow at this point

Then discovered that I had ( apparently) signed up for monthly payments of £55, but I was on a 3 day trial which I could cancel. I duly cancelled on 30th March ( same day I did the transaction) which was acknowledged and was told no further subscriptions would be deducted.

Payments were taken by plantsasknow on 7th April and they tried again on 9th May. Bank are now investigating, but it was clear that they already knew about this company from my conversation with the Customer representative at my banks Fraud Department.

Waiting to see now if they will reimburse me the £55 I lost

Am also having to wait for a new credit card now too for up to 10 days. Can't believe I was so stupid. I normally avoid adverts on FB and the like, as if they were the plague!!

Do not understand any circumstances buy anything from them. I entered a competition for DeWalt tools, on Facebook 🙄 Should have known. I understood it was DeWalt, but then the email came, but from bookcase.com. saying I had to pay a monthly subscription. But, on my credit card it was listed as Plantasksnow? Charging me £9.95, then another one for monthly subscription £55.00 . I am currently fighting to get my money back. When I tried to cancel the subscription, it just said page not found. I reported it.

I was well & truly duped, the link looked very real & took me to Decathlon to do a customer survey to get a backpack for £1, the link looked safe with the secure icon in the top bar. They took days to take the £1 which I didn't even know if they would take it after so long. I rang my bank to block any further payments which they have done but said that a further £55 was pending from my account to these people. They are pursuing the company for fraud as I only agreed to pay £1 not a recurring payment. Feel very stupid as I'm usually very savvy

I stupidly fell for this ad for sketches shoes as i am partially disabled and these are special slip on shoes which require no bending. I am elderly and don't need this kind of stress It turns out company are bogus £9.95 has been taken from my account. Then a charge appears for £55 which my bank tells me is a subscription. I subscribed to NOTHING. I've had no delivery and won't get one. Company does not answer any enquiries.They are just simply clever thieves. Their trustpilot reviews are fake. Truspilot must surely investigate.Does anyone else have advice on this scam.

Advertised for pallet of Compost for £3.00. Initially took £9.95, then 3 days later took another amount of £55.00 from my Account. As soon as I noticed the £55.00 pending I called the Fraud Department with my Bank. They can't do anything about the money already pending, it will have to go through, but they have put a STOP to anymore future amounts they will try to take. I wasn't even aware I was signing up for something, so, it's cost me £64.95 to realise that I've been scammed. Plus a blocked bank card. Let's hope they don't find a way through the Bank's Defences and manage to take any more. Bloody Scammers!!!!

I have had £9.95 taken from my account on the 8 may then £55 today pending .phoned bankfraud.they say as it came from my device they cannot refund my money .I don't even no who this company are or what I was supposed to have bought .I have lost £65 and had to cancel my bank card .awful

The most dodgy people going!!!! This lot attempted to take £55 and a further £1 after pending a transaction for £9.95. I've sent email and the number is not contactable.......funny that!!! Stay well clear and call your banks as they will try to withdraw money from you no matter what.

I’m going to ring my bank tomorrow iv blocked my card so they can’t take anything but they’ve had five attempts at taking £55 and another try at £27 I’m so glad I didn’t have any money in and noticed it and froze my card straight away definitely a scam as iv not tried to purchase anything

Utter scam, so called subscription I did not subscribe to.

BEWARE JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY

They took £1 delivery fee then £55 a month, nothing delivered. I didn't find out for two months. They used a different name initially.

Scammers I had the sense to cancel my card they keep trying to take money from my bank account it's keeps being declined thank. God , never got the iPad they managed to take £1.00 only

Good thing my bank alerted me on time. Took £9.95 out of my account and were supposed to deliver a computer because they were trying to free up space for new ones only for my bank to inform me there had been an attempt to take £55.00 off my account which got blocked. Reading the comments here I am now convinced I was dealing with scammers, frauds, thieves. I can't get the £9.95 back because my bank wants details of when the computer was supposed to arrive but there aren't any. Thieves

THEY SAY YOUR PAYMENT IS £3 THEN START TAKING £54 OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT FRAUD!!!!;!

Like other reviewers, I was lured in with an innocent £1 transaction and then they illegally started taking a £55 monthly subscription - completely unauthorised.
Now stopped with my bank and all sorted.
This company wants exposing and shutting down!! 😡
