Ordered QVC TWENTY PLUGS. They are live plugs and it took 5 days to arrive via EVRI courier. Opened package and the compost was extremely dry and falling apart. The package had been thrown around. Managed to save 12/20. Not happy. Contacted QVC and offered replacement. Waited 16 days to arrive but by then away on weeks holiday. This is where it gets interesting! There was no tracking number between suppler and courier. Not even on any email. When arrived home week later the parcel put in safe place and when opened were all dead. If known the tracking number could have notified neighbour to look after the plants. Usually Evri would notify all relevant information. Only able to see the tracking number on the package label. Will not be buying plants from QVC again

I'd rate the overall quality of the plants a 3 out of 5, as they were a bit tatty, and clearly from cuttings rather than grown from seed.

Hoping they improve greatly once I repot them.

The 4th star is for the packaging - they were really well packaged and protected, and not dry despite the recent hot weather.

You gotta be kidding me. Asking for a review when half the plants you delivered were dead, the other half were Missing, 2 emails and online form sent with no Response, no answer to four phone calls (no answer Machines, no people, just endless ringing then cut off)

Plants not delivered yet. No email to say they were being sent. Don't know where they are.

Received six plants from this company via QVC. The packaging they arrived in was damaged and two of the plants had damage with foliage crumpled or snapped off the others were in poor condition and looked if they had been stored in the box for a while. Really disappointing and no where near the company sales pitch on QVC.

Ordered on 3rd May still waiting for my order, why aren't you replying to emails??
Still no plants.
Got a call today 18 May saying I will not be receiving my order...

delivered to wrong address took extra time to get to me. when taken out of pot ,almost all of the soil fell off. I have never had a problem with your plants before.

I received the strawberry plants but unfortunately the courier must have thrown them around and they were actually upside down. Inside the box the plants where out of the pots with compost in the bottom of the box. 2 of the plants were broken. I have repotted what I could and just hoping for the best. The Plants2Garden plants normally arrive in good order, and I have bought many from them, but not this time I'm afraid,

I had placed two orders over the last week, both orders arrived in perfect condition. The zest frog planters were a great price and excellent quality. Thoroughly recommend these pots and the other designs.

Very helpful customer service . Very polite. The plants I ordered were second to none , very well packaged and very healthy . I would definitely buy of Plants 2 garden again . Also the delivery was very quick.

Bought Philadelphus illuminati from plants to gardens online , it arrived a little bit tired planted out same day , 5days later it had settled in took strong hold , I live in north England it's doing exceptionally well . Going from strength to strength . Thank you ken & team looking forward to a beautiful show in summers to come

Ordered items 6th April, 8th April website says "on its way", by the 14th nothing changed and I got in touch to cancel the order and they said they will refund my £53 but it will take up to 10 days to appear in my bank account! I followed this up with my bank which said 2-3 days is usual these days. This was my 4th order with P2G and 3 of them have taken ages to arrive with no information at their website to check what was happening. Despite the website stating "your order confirmation will confirm expected despatch" no such thing was stated on my order confirmation. If P2G don't want to honour a good deal when they promote it perhaps they shouldn't promote it in the first place. Still waiting for MY money P2G.
EDIT. hours after posting on Trustpilot I have received my refund. Seems things can get sorted quicker. Now if only their despatch was that efficient they wouldn't have lost another customer.

Plants arrived in perfect condition ready for planting. Also arrived with an explanation brochure about positioning the plant to best advantage. Plants are now flourishing and healthy.

I have never had a substandard plant from P2G. Up until this order I have always bought their plants through a third party which were also perfect but I realised the prices were much higher. I shall be buying direct from them in the future, I still have some plants arriving in the next week or two and am looking forward to them. Their animal plant pots are to die for.

My order of 3 plants was well packed and arrived in good condition on time.The plants are beautiful.

Only reason not giving 5 stars is around no response to an email I sent asking what size of pots would be best to plant .
