My plants were delivered in top condition, and ready to be planted in their permanent spot. They were relatively large shrubs, yet there was no damage evident when I received them. I’m very happy with my purchases. Many many thanks.

I was worried that the plants I ordered would suffer in transit this week as the heat from the unusual hot weather has just increased dramatically.The box of 6 lavender plants had been kept upright, the precious pots were carefully packed in very sturdy plastic covers and arrived in perfect condition!! Thank you for taking such great care and the plants are lovely

I have not received my order.

I have not had a response to my email about it to customer services.

I ordered two Cordyline Charlie Boys. They both arrived within the estimated time frame for delivery in perfect condition, both a nice healthy size and perfectly matched as a pair by the team. Communication was excellent and within their time frames. I’m incredibly grateful for all the hard work of P2G team and providing the very best plants around for online orders. They clearly take pride in their work and provide excellent customer service. Will happily refer others and make further orders.

Great plants but no acknowledgement that order had been received and no estimate (even a rough estimate) of when the plants would be delivered. It must lead to a lot of extra calls for you to deal with.

I placed an order on the 23/05/2025
but I have not received all of my order
Its 09/06/2025 and sent them an email
to let them now!!

The plants were in a right mess as the delivery driver left the box upside down in our porch, the couriers were yodel, trying to rescue plants, roots very dry any soil was out of the plastic container in the box, shame as normaly plants from this company arrive safe and sound in excellent condition

Ordered 4 plants costing over £80. Took forever, had to call them. One plant not available following phone call. 3 plants eventually arrived but they are very poor quality, I doubt they will live. I emailed them but no reply. Complete waste of money. Would not use again. Both plants and service are hopeless. I regret ordering from them.

Ordered plants on 07/03/25 Argryanthemumms Aramis collection. Received in May. They were dried up and totally depleted of any life. No paperwork etc in the box just plants. I have only just found my order number but website states you have to get in touch within 3 days. I am too late for my complaint but would like to know if anyone else ordered these plants and found the same problem as me. Will not order from them again.

Ordered 2 plant collection via QVC, the blue selection arrived which were nothing like they were shown on QVC, tiny straggly little plants, they should be ashamed to send them out, still waiting for the pink selection, order number 2615966. I hope these are better, whatever I will never order from QVC again

Beautiful, healthy rhododendron, carefully packaged which already has several open flowers and with lots of buds.

Really not happy. I've ordered from this Company many times through QVC and been pleased. I ordered a plant directly from them this time and was a whole new experience. Order number 17678 plant leaves were shrivelled up and lots of yellow leaves. Noone would have bought it from a garden centre. I emailed saying how disappointed on 3rd May and had a reply saying they are busy but would get back. Well I'm still waiting! Really didn't expect this from them.

Plants arrived in super condition.

Ordered an apple tree, which after a long delay was delivered damaged. The branches had been bent over to fit in too small a box. One of the main branches snapped in transit. I offered to send the tree back & requested a replacement. The replacement tree never arrived, despite a number of follow up requests. I've ordered online plants from other companies previously, but P2G is the only one I've received damaged plants from.
***Update*** Returned home today to find new replacement tree on doorstep. This one is fine -thank you.
