Very impressed with the speed of service and delivery communication. My in-laws are thrilled with the spring planter - they say it is very pretty.

Ordered a plant to be delivered for my sons present was promised today’s delivery wrong postage put on ,rectified quickly in this pandemic . Let’s hope and pray when delivered tomorrow it’s not broken like other peoples reviews

The delivery - which was a gift - arrived 4 days later than expected.

Although we were concerned about whether the gift would arrive in good condition, it did and the recipients were very happy with it.

I ordered a 'love heart' succulent as a gift for friends who I haven't been able to see due to Lockdown - the perfect gift. They have said it's a lovely plant, and easy to care for.
Finding and ordering the plant was quick and simple, and Plants By Post provided updates regarding order status and dispatch.

I found this company very easy to order from online - but here's the thing!
It was not the usual impersonal service.
I was contacted personally, thanked for my order and assured that it was on the way and to get in contact immediately if there were any problems.
This is something online companies should think about doing.
It is called personal service and goes a very long way to ensure that I will use them again and again and guess what, recommend them to others.
I am also happy to say that the recipient was delighted with the snowdrops.

My friend reported that the hyacinths were in good condition despite not being delivered on the requested date but I do accept that the post office was understandably busy, so thank you anyway.

I ordered for next day delivery. The plants came well packaged, in great condition, moist soil for travel time and un- damaged flowers. They came next day as expected.
The price was incredibly reasonable aswell for the condition and service.
