I loved a lot of the products but the keep cups lid didn’t fit and all coffee comes out through the lid when I drink it :( emailed you to get it replaced:)

I bought a cariety of things for my kitchen, as well as my bathroom. Everything i purchased has amazing quality. Shipping was extremely fast, way faster than i was expecting since i live in the US. Arrived in less than a week! I will definitely be ordering more from this site very soon!

It's always nice. I often chose to pick up in person. The purchases are always good quality and and the owner is very helpful and has good tips.

I received a notification that my parcel wasn't going to be ready on time, which was not a problem for me and I appreciated the heads up. One of the items I received was not the one I ordered. I reached out to and we are sorting out the shipment of the correct item and return of the wrong one.

Plastic Free Amsterdam has a great range of products that are better for the planet. The products are packed with so much care (but so minimalistic!) it every time feels like opening a birthday gift.

Snelle levering, geen overbodige verpakking. Goede producten.

Het pakket was goed ingepakt zonder overbodig materiaal of plastic! Snel bezorgd. Alleen de "breast pads" waren vies. Ik ga ze proberen te wassen. Hopelijk helpt dat.
