I ordered 50mm and you have sent are too big they are marked 54mm

We are sorry that you ordered the wrong size by mistake. Your ordered a WP64B which states in the description that this a 50mm fitting which fits a pipe with an external diameter of 54mm. No No No
The delivery company said it was delivered and it wasn't. They told me to contact the supplier. There is no phone number and the link to emails does not work. I phoned their sister company to get a phone number and when I rang it, they say they are not receiving calls.
Is this a legitimate Company?
