Always good quality shirts, never any issues

Great customer service, beautiful packaging, and quality product. 5 stars.

Love the brand and the product design and materials...but the buttons all came loose after the 2nd wear. I'll get them put back on, but it was a shame.

Excellent quality shirts, fast shipping to USA, and great communication with customer service. I placed an order right before a 40% off sale, so I contacted them on IG and they have retroactively applied the sale price within 24 hours. I read some of the negative reviews about customer service, and while I won't dispute these experiences, mine have been the opposite. I find some variability in the responsiveness of smaller companies that heavily market themselves on social media... but my overall experience with Playa has been great so far.

Ordered 2 shirts, unfortunately they were too small so I returned them. Trying to get a refund has been a nightmare. I’m constantly having to send chaser emails to the customer service team to get status updates. It’s been over a month now since they received my return and they still haven’t refunded my money.

Very good service and fast delivery. Quality of the shirt is great! Can recommend.

Edit: the buttons on these shirts are sewn on very badly. Loose yarn on all that I thought wasn’t an issue, but I’ve lost a button in 3 uses and looks like more on the way, no excuse for that. Super fast shipping, overall I love the look and feel of these shirts. I bought the "At Home/ Day" and the "South Beach/ Atlantic," both in Medium. I'm 5'8" and 170 lbs with big shoulders....The At Home is a bit tighter fit but looks great, the South Beach fits perfect but is a bit longer/ more casual.

The service was great. My only problem was with the sizes available.

Ordered two shirts with a value of 135 Euros, had them sent to Germany and was asked by customs to pay an additional 75 (!) Euros. Not Playa's fault (Brexit is to blame), but I wish they would have mentioned this somewhere on the website. Was a bad surprise and in the end I decided to refuse the delivery and have the items sent back. Playa's service team was friendly and understanding. They refunded the total amount. It's a shame -- the shirts look great and I was looking forward to wearing them to a beach wedding. Hope they find a solution to the customs issue.

I didn't have the Luck to get my shirt because of import taxes between UK and France. However the customer support was great and very understandable.

Buttons were poorly stitched on and one fell off before I ever wore the short.
