Useless customer service for lost order

Received an email that my order was delivered, but no sign of it.

When I contacted customer service to inform them of this, their only response was "well the system says it was delivered" which wasn't too helpful. After I explained it wasn't delivered (again!) PlayBlue said they would contact the courier.

Two days after this with no reply, I said I would be happy to just take a refund.

The response? "It says it was delivered Monday 10.51am".

At this point I've just resigned myself to being out €55. With customer service like this I very much doubt I'm going to get the issue resolved.

Sorry there has been a lapse in GLS delivering. We have contacted GLS (as explained in emails) and they are presently looking at what is happening. We have an alert on the order to chase it again today. We have since Tuesday sent 6 emails to you and had a call and a lost parcel request with GLS to be honest I feel our customer service is doing all it can at the moment but I understand if you don't feel the same. If the parcel is lost of course we are happy to resend or refund but as I'm sure you can understand our first priority is to try to get this issue resolved with GLS and get you your parcel.

I have ordered products from the kilkenny shop for years and now the tallaght branch and have usually been happy with my choices,they have a bigger selection these days,delivery times were always excellent in my experience

Hi Thanks for the review. We actually spoke to HoneyPlayBox at a trade show last October and at the time had no distributor in the EU. We have a few Tapping vibrators like Vive Kyra or Sweet Smile Thumping G-Spot if these are of interest. As soon as HoneyPlayBox get EU distribution organised we'll checkout their offering too.
