Bad Company

Extremely disappointing experience.

Our company had an issue with unpaid invoices caused by an internal purchase order process, not an unwillingness to pay. Once the issue was identified, I explained the situation, committed to raising the necessary PO immediately, and confirmed the invoices would be paid in our next payment run.

Despite this, Supersonic Playground refused to temporarily reinstate our business website while payment was being processed. As a result, our website remained offline, causing unnecessary disruption to our business.

I appreciate that businesses are entitled to expect payment for their services, but I believe there was an opportunity to resolve this matter commercially and professionally without taking such a hard-line approach. A little flexibility and communication would have gone a long way.

Based on my experience, I found the customer service disappointing and would have expected a more pragmatic approach to resolving what was ultimately an administrative issue.

Amazing website and great customer…

Amazing website and great customer service. I have just subscribed a couple of days ago and I am already loving how easy it is to use . I literally just choose change the style of a photo and I get brand new design which is super cool because I am not that creative really.

This was terrible I bought one 5 days ago and the usps thing still says awaiting shipment and they said they shipped it but didn’t if your looking for a legit vaporizer website that doesn’t ID or ID you at the front door when it’s delivered id very highly recommend lowkeydis they actually are legit and reliable even if the shipping time can take up to 12 days it’s worth it because you actually get Somthing rather than getting nothing like puff playground does puff playground is shit 0/10 DONT Recommend DO NOT BUY

Paid subscription, but no real support or follow-up

I’m genuinely disappointed with Playground. I have a paid subscription, and I’ve run into three separate issues that blocked or disrupted my work. I understand bugs happen, but what’s been unacceptable is the complete lack of support afterward.

Each time, I reached out with clear questions and details, expecting at least a basic response like: “We received your request,” “Here’s what to try,” or “We’re looking into it.” Instead, I’ve gotten no meaningful replies, no troubleshooting, and no follow-up. As a paying customer, it feels like subscribers are simply ignored once they’ve already collected the payment.

When you’re charging a subscription, support is part of what people are paying for. Even if an issue can’t be solved immediately, communication matters. Right now, the experience is frustrating and unreliable because there’s no way to get help when something goes wrong.

Signed up to Playground about 9 days…

Signed up to Playground about 9 days ago with PRO subscription, only managed to create a handful of designs until it starting bugging out saying Im at my limit for 30 days and when switching from the GPT 4o alternative, it says I'm say my 3 hour edit limit, and it has been like that since yesterday. Im not trying to edit anything ether, I wish to create images.. In addition, there is no meter that shows you what you have available in terms of how many images you can produce.. You get better value for money though other AI Art platforms such as Ideogram as they have a meter, and even when you reach that threshold, you can still generate images at a slower rate. 1 Star at this rate is generous for Playground

I used this site for a year

I used this site for a year. It was fairly good until I got warnings that my prompts didn't match guidelines. What? I input simple words. It's not my fault the AI generator is rigid and unbalanced. I got shadowbanned. I couldn't add my image for the daily theme. Nobody saw my images, and I got no more likes. I deleted my account. There are tons of other AI image generators that aren't frustrating and don't treat you like an offender for their faults.

The infinite scrolling is slow and buggy

The infinite scrolling is slow, buggy, and prevents users from looking at portfolios. It takes hours sometimes to "try" to get to the middle of a gallery that has a lot of pictures, and when you select a single one to look at, going back deletes the entire page and starts from scratch. A lot of time after scrolling to what you think is the bottom, it hangs, tricking you into not seeing the rest of the gallery because it stops loading more.
A simple paged UI would solve all their problems, but they seem to like these bad UI decisions.

Great AI. Bad praxis. No customer service

Their default option is a year but you can't know that. I wanted to buy a month. I contacted immediately when I saw the charge. They didn't reply for ages. They told me to swap charge yearly for monthly. A month has passed and I didn't get a refund. Now I don't have a yearly service nor my cash. The "live chat" is a joke. They don't reply. If they do is AI.
The AI is good. Their images are well done but their service is the worst ever. I am deeply disappointed.

Update: I got refunded. If they fix their payment system and customer service they deserve 5 stars because their AI is very good
