Extremely disappointing experience.
Our company had an issue with unpaid invoices caused by an internal purchase order process, not an unwillingness to pay. Once the issue was identified, I explained the situation, committed to raising the necessary PO immediately, and confirmed the invoices would be paid in our next payment run.
Despite this, Supersonic Playground refused to temporarily reinstate our business website while payment was being processed. As a result, our website remained offline, causing unnecessary disruption to our business.
I appreciate that businesses are entitled to expect payment for their services, but I believe there was an opportunity to resolve this matter commercially and professionally without taking such a hard-line approach. A little flexibility and communication would have gone a long way.
Based on my experience, I found the customer service disappointing and would have expected a more pragmatic approach to resolving what was ultimately an administrative issue.
