A pure shit show. We upgraded our plan to 1699 with Netflix and was promised that we'll get our access with 7 biz days. Unfortunately, it's almost a month now and nobody cares if we get it or not. I have called x number of times but all CS says the same script "We'll create a ticket, We've coordinated with team blah. blah.blah..Their mngr is always engaged in call (it only means their getting a lot of complaints? PLDT WILL SUCK YOU OFF AND LEAVE YOU DRY. WORST!!!

It's almost a month now, internet is broken, no one is coming to fix, and customer service pretends that technicians are working and/or they are escalating the repair ticket to expedite it. 🙃 Absolute dogshit provider.

They're very good at sending you bills at the speed of light and doing ad campaigns to spread propaganda that they're "the best ISP in the Philippines". 🙃

Wifi went down as I'm writing this ! Absolutely terrible service ! I pay almost 4k a month for TV and wifi and I lose connection multiple times a day every day . I have two students in college and when service goes down they lose their work !

Avoid PLDT at All Costs – Unethical Practices and Negligent Leadership

PLDT Home has proven itself to be a company riddled with financial mismanagement, exploitative labor practices, and indifferent leadership. The recent revelation of a staggering ₱48 billion capital expenditure overrun (2019-2022) is just the tip of the iceberg. Despite their claims of no fraud, this points to a gross lack of oversight and accountability.

Leadership, including VP Regina P. Pineda, has shown no desire to address these systemic failures. Instead, they focus on preserving their excessive salaries while neglecting both their workforce and consumers. Employees are overworked and undervalued, with no meaningful reforms in sight.

Furthermore, PLDT’s attempts to downplay the U.S. class action lawsuit against them stemming from misleading investors about their financial state only solidify their disregard for transparency. Public and regulatory scrutiny continues to mount, but PLDT’s response has been lukewarm at best.

As a customer or investor, entrusting PLDT with your money or connectivity needs is a mistake. Until this company addresses its glaring flaws and leadership prioritizes accountability over self enrichment, do yourself a favor and choose a more ethical, reliable provider.

The shittiest and MOST UNREALIABLE internet service!!!! It took them 3days para lang ma check mung ano problem sa line namin. And they found out na nasa main line ang issue. And they are telling me na walang definite time frame when maaayos!

If you are considering a career in Telecommunications do not apply for a job in PLDT because they are all going to hell.

Customer service sucks. Tried messaging on messenger app and it always says that theres no agents available and just email some updates regarding our no internet connection for a week. Tried DMing on X app but still no reply nor seen. Tried tweeting and mentioning on X app but its always the automated reply we received.

We lost our wifi internet connection November 13, 2024 and up until now November 19, 2024 we dont have internet connection and updates about the said matter.

Worst service provider. Will report to NTC about their poor service. Trash provider, brainless customer service and corrupt company

I have reported many times to fix the Internet but still no action taken and no update.

One word to describe PLDT "WORST" internet ever. Worst Customer service. can't even provide something for the customer's concern. GARBAGE!!!!! DO BETTER PLDT. YOU'RE NOT JUST WASTING OUR MONEY, YOU'RE ALSO WASTING OUR TIME AND TRUST IN YOUR SERVICE.
