We are paying for nothing, kaya nga kami nag pa kabit ng wifi dahil mahina yung signal pero ending nagpapaload padin kami dahil madalas walang connection. At malala pa here straight 3 days walang wifi! Nag call na kami for customer service pero walang nangyari! Piro ticket ticket!! Ticket!! Pero dina reresolve yung problem. Sa 3 days straight no wifi nagpa load kami sa lahat ng gadget namin for work sobrang hassle mabagal padin tapos napagstos pa kami lalo. Dapat manlang meron compensation sa ganito or deduction manlang sa bills kasi sagabal sa work namin! Parang nagbabayad kami sa inyo para ma stress. Pati customer service nyo walang kwenta!!! Create ticket wala namang nanyare!!!

The internet is good and all but, random days, random times, it suddenly gonna go slow and slower. To the point where its like, there's no internet even though there actually is. Everything is good though, keep up the good work but please, fix that.

Our landline is not working always. I just made a complain and they did not attend me completely. Ended our chat without solving my problem. I was so disappointed.

Worst Wi-Fi ever, unreliable always disconnected and under maintenance. PLDT cares hang up on you when they can't answer your question.

I hope someday, all Filipinos don't use this internet provider and they will go bankrupt.

I will cancel mine soon and will make it my life's mission to let everyone I know to never use PLDT

this PLDT is the worst of the worst internet companies that i have tried for so many years of using different wifi, this is the biggest bullshit that i have tried yet, better fix your hotline your internet cause so many people being disgrace by your service to your customer, maybe shutdown your company because it's full of trash service, take this as an advice!!!!!!

How can a company be this bad? Horrendous internet, frequent loss of said horrendous internet, and horrible customer service. Whoever manages this absolute dogshit company should have their licenses revoked.

@PLDTHome has the absolute WORST customer service.
I asked for my final bill (including the pre-termination fee of three monthly fees) in mid-April. That was fine with me as I agreed to it. However, instead of sending it, they charged me for 2 additional months on top of the pre-termination fee. It's now mid-May and I still haven't received the final bill.
And when I reach out to through @PLDTCares (more like @PLDTDoesntCare)?
The chat gets cancelled before I even get help. Several times I might add.
Honestly, if they don't want to get paid, just say that.
NEVER AGAIN!
