Im so disappointed with PLDT

Im so disappointed with PLDT. Our monthly bill is just 1499 and today I received an email stating that our due is 1513, when I called the customer service they checked, as per them it shows that we used the phone to call a mobile number which we didnt use since we dont know how to dial a mobile number . When i checked the mobile number, it's not even registered on all our mobile phones , so we dont know who'se number was that. And you guys left us with no other choice than to continue . I requested for a downgrade since we only need the internet but u guys offered telephone only no internet and cignal. WtH! Stupid??? I asked for internet!!!! And if we want to disconnect it , we'll have to pay the amount of 8k pesos. B*llsh*t!!!

WORST ISP!

WORST ISP!! One whole f week without internet/landline service. Apat na technician visits na and guess what? WALA PA RIN NANGYAYARI. Mga technician tamad, nagmamadali, pare parehas sasabihin na issue, mag iintay for another days/weeks to follow up. Magcclose yung repair ticket kahit wala namang resolution at all. Kundi lang dahil sa landline na need for senior citizens sa bahay, di na kami magsstay for shitty company like PLDT. 2025 NA KEEP UP NAMAN TAYO?

I wish the pldt company would die

I wish this pldt company would die and never exist, they give shitty bullshit internet even though we paid them in a good way, but they only return with bullshit internet, please just shut down this company, they don't deserve to exist, and the ISP in the pldt should not exist because of their poor service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE & QUALITY

THIS STUPID INTERNET PROVIDER CANT DO A SIMPLE TASK SUCH AS HANDLE A DISCORD CALL WHICH MY DATA CAN DO EASILY ON LOW DATA MODE, NOT TO MENTION THE SHITTY WIFI THEY GIVE YOU, SO EXPENSIVE YET SO LITTLE IN RETURN, WHY EVEN RUN THIS COMPANY??? ITS BETTER TO DRIVE IT INTO THE GROUND FOR TAX REASONS!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Please refrain from having PLDT if you want peace of mind. I have been waiting for them to relocate my internet for the last month and no over came back to me while their billing Team does not cease to send payment notifications.
What kind of customer service that just pick your Chat and end it right way without even taking time to check anything. It's sickening to experience such a horrible thing. I wonder if they even have management. Who the fvck is Anya and the rest of her Team whose job is to disconnect Chats withouthandling our issues.

Pldt sucks

What's the point of using this wifi if it sucks anyways. They constantly charge you but their service is pure horrendous. Wifi from other countries is far more better than this bs.

If i could give a zero review I would

If i could give a zero review I would. I just lost a job opportunity due to my connection being ass. My meeting was cut off because i had 3 mbps, when in fact i subscribed to a 800mbps internet. This company SCAMS their customer, not to mention, their customer service is just as slow as their internet. I feel like I am talking to a newborn.

I called PLDT because of internet issues

Yesterday, I reached out to PLDT to report internet issues. Despite being subscribed to an 800Mbps plan, my connection speed was only 1Mbps, paired with a 120ms ping. After completing all the suggested troubleshooting steps, I was advised to follow up the next day if the issue persisted.
Today, upon calling back, I was informed that their system or network is currently down for maintenance, preventing them from accessing my account details. I was instructed to follow up again in two hours. I complied and followed up every two hours, yet the issue remains unresolved as of now.

Constantly slow wifi

Constantly slow wifi. Their messenger customer service is always bugging and takes so long to reply. Honestly its better to go to a different internet service provider. And lastly, if they haven't been providing you with internet for months and you decide to disconnect from them, just well be aware they will charge you for those months that you didn't even have internet connection.

Horrible

Horrible. Got 5 days of no service.. Losing $63 a day from work and they gave me a $1.58 (100 peso) off my bill! How does that make sense?!
