My husband ordered for me for Christmas. Items are way overpriced, quality is poor, and sizing is off. Delivery was late, and the company kept reporting it was delivered - even including pictures of our mailbox?!? A large was too small for my size 2 daughter. Very disappointing. I asked him to be more careful about ordering from Chinese companies. Feels like a scam, and something we would have picked up for a few dollars in a street market when we lived in South Korea. I do not recommend. Save your money and pick up a cheap pair of pajamas at Walmart for better quality.

EDIT to add comments regarding response - we did reach out to customer service, and the response we received was you all are in holiday / would respond within 5 business days to provide instructions for how to send pictures to determine if we could pay shipment to return for further evaluation on refund or replacement. We haven’t received a follow-up email. And, frankly the quality is so poor I am not willing to pay to ship this crap back. And, the website says returns are accepted, no questions asked. So, again, cheap Chinese scam. Anyone considering an order because you saw glossy adds on social media, and thought, oh this would be nice, as my husband did, don’t fall for it! Order from a reputable company or go to a brick and mortar store.

They refuse to send new ones without having them sent back first. If I could give them less than one star I would. Absolutely awful.

Ps to your reply - I replied to the email order so you can contact me there but - Its a very smart reply to say no order. Absolute Scam!!!!

Update - Since the reply on here yesterday and them asking me to get in touch with them to sort out - The emails are now bouncing! Please be very wary of this company - I have reported them and the bank are also now aware.

Shitty Pleshy

Well I ordered something on Feb 7th. For my lady for Valentine's Day. After Valentine's Day came and went. I sent my first email on the 20th requesting a refund. And, was told they were sorry for the inconvenience. And get back to me. Days passed and I sent another email. To which they responded that the package was in transit. Upon clicking on their link provided to track the package. Because of my settings on my phone. It wouldn't allow me to open the page for it was from China. Now some woman named Danielle keeps emailing me, threatening that I lied about ever requesting a refund. Which I have. What a joke. DONT GET SHIT FROM THESE PEOPLE. I THINK THEIR A SCAM.

I bought an item ($120) and it was not as expected. Returned it as per their instructions which was to include a tracking number. I sent a photo of it and all. Returned it 12/18 and it was delivered 12/21. Never heard back and still haven’t gotten a refund. I have reached out to my credit card company who is handling the dispute. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THIEVES!!!

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. I sent a return back. I had to ship and pay postage myself — they insisted on a tracking number. I provided the tracking number—package was delivered on January 13th. The will not provide me with a refund after numerous attempts to contact them. These people are thieves.

***UPDATE*** As of 3/8/2025, Pleshycozy.com DID provide me a refund for the amount of my purchase. They stated there was a system glitch and customer tickets were not being resolved.

Customer service is unresponsive. I ordered a pajama set and it was the wrong size. I emailed to return, got a response and had to pay for shipping to return it. The return was completed 2 weeks ago and I have still not received my money back

Faulty Goods

I ordered a set for my girlfriend for Christmas and after just after a month and a handful of wears there is already a hole in the stitching of the waist of the trousers.

Not what I would expect from a £180 set.

Still awaiting a response to my complaint to the support e-mail address.

Not a happy customer.

Dubious and return costs you have to pay yourself

Delivery arrived only at the beginning of January, advertising for the matching Christmas gift and then after the order it says that it only arrives after Christmas. First minus point. In addition, you are responsible for the return, from Germany to the USA of course including shipment tracking for around 50€. The customer remains seated at this expense. Impossible. Because that's not enough, I was promised a refund within 3-5 days, today 15 days have passed... guess what, right no refund. For me, this is a service that is not contemporary, let alone transparent. Therefore, at this point the one on my part, under no circumstances order!

Be aware - scam

Be aware, they are scamming. I requested to return my order a month ago, and sent it by post to their address at my expense. But ever since it reached their address in Massachusetts they have been ghosting my emails and phone calls. Don’t buy anything from them.

Bad company

Size was unbelievably small. Tried to contact multiple times to return and get different size. They respond after several days and ask what you need, then they never follow up with instructions or info on how to return. Scam.

I wish i could leave zero stars.
i have many emails, no return calls and cant get a refund ,4 items ordered at $!150. , poor quality all mis sized and they wont give refund, i have been requesting since 12/25.
30 emails and multiple calls, i wish we saw reviews of this being a scam site before ordered.
At one point they emailed back through a ABot saying they would refund 40% and i could keep.

I explained no i want a full refund.

STEER CLEAR OF SCAM!

Product review, zero customer service support after purchase

Product review: the sizing guide is not accurate at all. I bought the robe, shorts and tank set; the shorts and tank fit like an XS. Their website says they pride themselves on their customer service - when I sent them an email, the reply is from a Ai Bot. There is zero customer service support once your purchase is completed. I do not recommend purchasing items from them.
