Opgelet, dit betreft een zogenaamde dropshipper waarbij het product rechtstreeks vanuit China verzonden wordt. De verzending duurde daardoor enkele weken i.p.v. dagen en het product is feitelijk spotgoedkoop en alles behalve uniek, het is ook verkrijgbaar via andere kanalen en verkopers voor een fractie van de prijs. Nog geen 30 dollar waard, laat staan 150 dollar.

got scammed by this pleshy cozy. charged my card, no email confirmation, no receipt, said delivery by Dec 28th. it is now Jan 7th. the only tracking number available is not even American. supposedly it's went through Miami, then Alabama where it says it's been sitting since Jan 2nd. this is a fake itinerary. once it hits USA, it should get a USA tracking # from UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc. there is no phone # or contact info on My CC. Beware! and look how you can't leave a post on this oage! hmmm

The product is way overpriced for what you get. Shipping took 3 weeks and arrived after Christmas. The sizing is terrible and a woman's large would not fit a 12 year old girl. Now I have to ship it back, at my own cost, because they don't do exchanges, and hope they refund some of my money. Please don't waste your money on this company.

Sizing is terrible. I think this product is made in China and it's like they size it to the smaller framed asian... I bought a size Med (based on size chart) and it's more like an XS.. I had daughter try who is a size 3 and it was too small... also it took like 3weeks to be delivered now I'm not sure i want to return and be out $120.

Really expensive for loungewear coming from China, ordered the set but all 3 items fit different. Do not recommend so many more affordable options

Cheap, no return contact no refunds. Garbage quality and waste of time and money.
Pleshy cozy sent no confirmation email, no contact info, no return information. I assumed it was a scam order, as no proof I ordered product. Order arrived without any return info, no contact info and product was not as described. Poor fitting, not comfortable, scratches to the touch and fell apart in laundry. Cardboard clothing would have been more comfortable and held up better. Tried it on and was not even able to wear due to such poor quality, fit and comfort.

Scam. Ships from China and doesn't show up.

Contacting customer service multiple times and no resolution.

I paid for an order in early December, emailed them to follow up as nothing has been shipped.

Now they have stopped responding and nothing has been shipped or received

Scam! Got these sheap looking clothes made all in synthetics. The good reviews are made from men describing how comfy they are, and these are clothes for women so it must be fake reviews. The pricing is also far too high for this bad quality. Synthetic material makes u sweat when its warm and freeze when cold.

It takes a special kind of stupidity to run ads to your ecom store during Christmas season while failing to warehouse in the US. Nobody wants to pay premium pricing and wait 6 weeks for your sorry ass company to drop ship from China!

Just want to thank the moron ownership for making me go back out and last minute Christmas shop for my wife so she has a gift under the tree this year. I don’t want this product for love nor money at this point and if I don’t get a refund I’ll dispute it with the credit card company

I ordered a set for my partner for Christmas - the Canadian postal strike was well underway, and there was zero indication that there may be an impact to new orders. Most vendors opted to continue shipping their items using other delivery companies.

Needless to say, I placed an order - order was confirmed, items showed in stock, ready to ship. Then the wait began. They did not ship the items. Worried I may have given my money to a scam website, I emailed support and asked for a shipping update and said if the items had not yet been shipped, they should cancel the order.

What then took place is arguably the dumbest customer service interaction, across numerous people I have ever experienced.

First rep said they were "contacting the warehouse" to see where the shipment is.

Then, they never emailed me back.

Then I reached out again looking for the update (no one ever got back to me), and I also stated I would prefer to recieve the items, other than cancel the order - again asking for the update

Each time I sent a request for an update, I also mentioned that I did not want to cancel the order and would prefer for it to be delivered.

Every response, "we are working to cancel your order"

Huh?

So then the strike ends and I recieve a notification that the shipping label has been created. So they electively chose to withhold the shipment until the strike was over. Talk about cheapskate. Paid over $170 for an item and they would not ship the item using any other means. At least I was going to get the item I paid for.

Then it gets better - now I get another email - we are working to cancel your order.

Then, they cancel my order.

I said, no less than 3 times, please ship the order, I have paid for it, and they didn't.

Absolute Garbage company, garbage customer service. Customer comes last in their world.

Customer service is terrible. Tried to cancel this order on multiple occasions and had one AI response but nothing else. Days later I get an email saying the products have been dispatched. Appalling service and clearly profiteering rather than putting customers first

don't buy ordered a womens small and it wouldn't fit a 12 year old that weighs 65lbs. They won't resprond to a return request. Worst company ever

Placed an order over six days ago and their "tracking" feature indicates my order shipped from China, which if I had known that I would have never ordered" and now six days later my order is still in China being handled by a delivery company named "YunExpress". You cannot call anyone to discuss, you are subject to using their website to send messages that are not responded to in a way that answers any of your questions. This is obviously a rip-off that I fell for as I was buying my wife this for Christmas.

I was worried about the sizing, but they fit perfectly! They're true to size and very flattering.

I bought these for my wife, and she absolutely loves them! She says they're the softest, most comfortable loungewear she's ever owned. They're perfect for relaxing at home or running errands. I might even have to get myself a set!
