I echo what has already been said. Ordered an air fryer which to be fair arrived within two days of being ordered. It was unsuitable for us so asked to return it and got the same bo called Elaine telling me it’s complicated to return. Then went on to offer 3% then 5% and finally 7% if we would agree to keep the item.
This is a complete scam do not buy from this shower.
I ordered a sat nav for lorries and it doesn't even work asked for refund twice now and their robot keeps sending stupid responses like send us video of it. I did that and still saying press for truck which not only me but 5 other people have tried it's a scam. They are not refunding my money what can I do??
Ordered a pull up bar / equipment set. Did not arrive. Tracking number provided showed that they sent to incorrect address. LOADS of emails later (no phone number on their site to enable me to ring them) they said they would issue replacement . When something arrived it was a single piece of metal. Not the item I purchased or what was described on picture. Woeful customer service. Currently waiting nearly a month for correct item to arrive. Would avoid this company.
Scam company. Do not use ! Tried to cancel order after 20 mins, was emailed next day saying it’s too late it’s been shipped. Received unwanted item and they are now saying I need to pay to ship it back to China or they can refund me 3% of what I paid.
Dreadful company. They don't even deserve 1 star.
Advertised as Plianx UK and accepting returns within 14 days. Sent me a £139 product that I wanted to return because a)no power lead b) I changed my mind.
Told I had to return to China at my expense and told numerous times about the high cost of this plus all the addition fees they would deduct. Offered a 1 then 3 then 7% refund for me to keep. Product was shipped from UK, not China. No mention of China on their website.
They then sent me a power cable- not suitable for UK plugs. This was after telling them I did not want a power cable I just wanted to return.
'Elaine' their email bot just repeats the same nonsense, doesn't acknowledge anything you say it ask. No contact telephone number, no live chat. Appalling customer service.
