The comments below relate specifically to Oliver Medina and reflect the view of both my wife and myself. We have been dealing with Oliver for approximately three years and our experience during that times has been entirely positive. Before Oliver we had a succession of Advisors, some better than others, but none entirely satisfactory.
The contrast between Oliver and his predecessors was striking. The first thing was that he listened to us and then reflected his understanding of our requirements to ensure no misunderstanding. That alone gave us confidence to go forward. He was prompt in his response to queries and explained his recommendations in the quarterly review that was agreed. In addition we are an elderly couple and he was patient with us and helped considerably with any IT worries we encountered.
