I had to make an unplanned withdrawal recently and needed the funds quickly which I thought might be a problem but not for Ben & Gus they just got everything sorted and then Gus just sat on the phone with whoever he needed to making sure everything got pushed through, amazing service! thank you gents, I would have no hesitation in recommending PLU to anyone who wants to enjoy good old fashioned customer service
