After making over 14 purchases the communication was very poor in getting back to me once i had made payment

I have been sent the wrong size t shirt in the past that i ordered for a specific event. I had to pay out of my own pocket to return the t shirt and had to go out and buy a different one from a shop for my event.

I recently purchased some trainers that i needed for an event i had, that were the wrong size and wrong colour. Before i made payment i was told 7-15 days delivery. They took over 24 working days to arrive in which the event had passed and i had no trainers….

I politely chased up pluggygarms via instagram to which they read the message and chose to ignore me, its a shame for them as i would of been a long time customer after the 14 purchases i have already made.

Its easy for me to find a new supplier but not so easy for them to find new customers especially when you have no customer service experience.

Very good quality took a while to come but definitely worth the wait and will definitely be buying again highly recommend.
