Had a query about a thermostat I needed. Person who answered the phone was knowledgeable & answered my query. Ordered that day & received the following. Their instructions on how to “bind” thermostat to existing relay were clear & concise. Well done

Found what I needed at a good price and ordered it.

We had a CMS927B1049 wireless boiler controller. Which has lasted 13 yrs. But lately, the modes no longer work and particularly the OK button seems to get no response and the action gets timed out. It works using manual and programmed modes but is not functional enough to reprogram the the times.

Honeywell have been replaced by resideo in the meantime and the controller withdrawn. Which is mad. It simply needed making reliable. its been replaced by a cut down version The TOTAL HOME TTHWFP THERMOSTAT & RELAY. The sender will bind to the existing BDR91.

Installed haveing to rebind twice to get it to work. does not have the holiday, party modes etc. Only has 4 programmes per day not 6. Seems like it works as well as the partially functional CMS927 with the only advantage being that I am able to reprogram the timings per day easily.

I ordered on 8 January. 4 days after ordering (on 12 January), I was told my item was not in stock. The website is unhelpful if it doesn’t reflect what you hold in stock and no indication is given that you may have to wait days, simply to be told you don’t have stock. Waste of time, and now waiting for a refund…

Excellent customer service. Three days before Christmas my wireless central heating thermostat failed. I telephoned Plumb Arena to check the thermostat I required was in stock and spoke to a very helpful and pleasant adviser. Ten minutes after placing my order I received email confirmation that my order had been processed. I received emails updating me that my thermostat was with the courier and would be delivered the very next day. The following morning I was advised of a one hour delivery time slot early afternoon and the thermostat arrived exactly on time and well packaged. Two days before Christmas and my central heating was fully operational again. Amazing service so close to Christmas Day.

Absolutely brilliant service from Plumbarena. They dealt with my order incredibly quickly, and even when the original item wasn’t in stock, they found a like-for-like alternative straight away. It was delivered within 48 hours with no hassle at all. Really impressed with the communication and efficiency — highly recommend!

Ordered two packets of Honeywell HR924UK Muilti Zone valves on arrival open the box to find one packet had had the seals cut when I opened it I found the 8 batteries were missing so I emailed plumb arena and explained what I had found had no reply so I phoned them only got a answer machine left a message expecting someone to call me back no got the same as my email nothing, I don’t recommend this company as worth dealing with I definitely don’t won’t give them anymore orders

Arena plumbing delivered speedily but product was the issue so not really their fault. Price was competitive.

Delivery was very quick and it was very well packaged to avoid any transportation damages.
