Plumb Arena Opiniones

Excellent service

Excellent service, I enquired about which thermostat I would need to replace an obsolete one, Andy replied very quickly to my query and I purchased the part. I had an issue with PayPal and Drew dealt with this straight away for me. The new thermostat came the next day along with instructions that were easy to follow to set it up. I will definitely use this company again, thank you.

The product and price

I was very happy with my purchase from Plum Arena, price was very good and delivery time was very quick, communication throughout my process was also very good. I would use the company again and recommend to family and friends.

Very good delivery and best priced product

After placing my order for mixer taps, I received confirmation promptly and was informed at every stage as to the progress of my application. I was notified the day prior to delivery & on the morning of delivery I was given a delivery time which was kept to. All in all the whole experience of dealing with PlumbArena was excellent and I would certainly use them again & would recommend them to other people.

Good price, speedy dispatch, items as ordered. Who could ask for more.

Repeat purchase from Plumb Arena and a happy experience. Delivery was lightning fast and customer care prior to purchase excellent.

Top quality chrome plated brass basin waste and porcelain plug at a great price. Delivered quickly. Delighted with it.

I ordered an obsolete part, but they found a new equivalent for me and sent that instead at the original price. Very good personalised communication. They went the extra mile for me

Good service - Easy ordering and quick delivery. The isolator valves (Inta) that I bought were first class and a really great price - Highly recommend both Plumbarena and Inta

Bought a Britan taps and shower. Fast delivery, good product.

Excellent service and very competitive prices. Fast response from Andy to check that an item was in stock and speedy delivery. I also had to return an item and this was just as simple. Definitely recommend this supplier.

When i phoned them the customer sercice i recieved was second to none.

They were great to deal with and very helpful when I called to enquire about a return

Had a query about a thermostat I needed. Person who answered the phone was knowledgeable & answered my query. Ordered that day & received the following. Their instructions on how to “bind” thermostat to existing relay were clear & concise. Well done

Found what I needed at a good price and ordered it.

We had a CMS927B1049 wireless boiler controller. Which has lasted 13 yrs. But lately, the modes no longer work and particularly the OK button seems to get no response and the action gets timed out. It works using manual and programmed modes but is not functional enough to reprogram the the times.

Honeywell have been replaced by resideo in the meantime and the controller withdrawn. Which is mad. It simply needed making reliable. its been replaced by a cut down version The TOTAL HOME TTHWFP THERMOSTAT & RELAY. The sender will bind to the existing BDR91.

Installed haveing to rebind twice to get it to work. does not have the holiday, party modes etc. Only has 4 programmes per day not 6. Seems like it works as well as the partially functional CMS927 with the only advantage being that I am able to reprogram the timings per day easily.
