Plumbers Stock Opiniones

Excellent, prompt, attentive and informative.

This young lady Christy V. was amazing. She was very helpful with informing me in what I needed to do and what was going to happen. She was very kind and helpful. This is the kind of service that makes a company great

Christy was very helpful, quick to respond and very professional.

After weeks of waiting for my order, I contacted the company for a status check. Christy V. informed me of the status of my order. I am happy about how quickly the reply came and that the order can be resolved to my satisfaction. This was definitely a positive interaction.

Plumbers stock customer service & product I received are both Excellent! I’m very pleased with artificial rock I received. Also the delivery was very quick. Thank You!

Frances was able to answer all my questions and was polite and personable. He is doing a great job for Plumbers Stock. He closed the sale before I got off the phone.

I ordered the wrong part, and called customer service. I was able to quickly speak with a customer rep who cancelled my order. Great service!

Jared has been quite helpful dealing with our Trone toilet. My only concern would be that it took too long for us to reach the point where a replacement could be ordered. Had it been noted earlier in the discussion that our unit was out of warranty, the replacement could have been expedited> Even so, we’re satisfied.

Abish was a great help to me! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you again.

Frances was very knowledgeable with great customer service

My contact there was with Abish, who was very helpful, and resolved my problem quickly.

Ordered two complete toilet sets. Ordering was easy, they shipped them quickly and they were a good price. Unfortunately, one tank was broken during shipping but Abish in customer service was very courteous and replaced my unit quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with how they handled my order.

Abish handled everything I threw at her and we made sense of the orders and issues I had. Thank you

Francis is an excellent customer service specialist. He was professional and friendly. I explained my shipping issue with him and he promptly resolved the issue. He was very knowledgeable and made the process painless. I wish more customer service reps had the temperament of Francis.

The staff at pluberstock fixed my problem even though the mistake was all mine. Bless them. Trust them.

our order was delayed, Frances the support person was helpful in keeping us informed

This company is poorly organized. My order from February was backordered and I got two of the four items ordered. The second two did not come. I got the runaround UNTIL I connected with Jared, who was fabulous! He eliminated all red tape and got the orders shipped in an hour. He was kind, courteous, respectful, efficient, knowledgable, and sympathetic.

Great prices and excellent customer service. Placed an order. It wasn't going to arrive in time, so I ordered another one from a different place. Long story short, ordered still arrived from plumbers stock. It took one call and a full refund and return label were issued. Will do business again.

Abish provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me resolve the verification issue with my order. She was very helpful, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. Thanks to her assistance, my order was successfully approved and processed. I truly appreciate all her help and highly recommend her excellent customer service!
