I entered an incorrect expiration date on my credit card; I was notified by Christy V that my card was declined. The items ordered are drastically needed and the fact that your customer service team reached out was amazing. I think your customer service is exceptional!

Since my original review I found outthat Plumbers stock charged me $26 for sending back the wrong batteries they had sent me. You can imagine how happy that made me.

I had an absolute great experience with the company. Even when the hose I bought didn’t work because didn’t fit (my fault for not verify the part no.) they allow me to return the item without much issue.
The personalize treatment of Luna really did the difference. I wish there would be more people like her on customer support instead all these new AI fake support system. Thank you a lot Luna.

I made an order for a new toilet. My shipping address is in Hawaii and the added shipping cost presumably incorporated that fact. After a weeks when it was about to ship and a day after they charged my credit card for the order. I receive and email requesting and additional $400 to ship the order. I cancelled it and am now waiting for a refund. Hawaii has been a state since 1959. You would think mainland companies would figure out how much it takes to ship things here. I made this purchase from plumberstock, in part, due to their competitive shipping fee. Now I'm delayed several weeks, back to square one. Very disappointed.

Frances was very helpful with my service. I didn't have the information with me but he was able to pull it up on his side. He also helped me determine how to return my item... and item that is in perfect working order, I had just ordered the wrong thing. I appreciated his understanding and politeness.

Best prices anywhere for Mustee sinks and Moen faucets -- the reason I decided to purchase from PlumbersStock. However, and consistent with other reviewers' complaints, online purchasing was a headache...and ultimately impossible. I tried two times to purchase online, and Frances responded quickly each time to verify that no purchase had occurred. Ultimately, I placed the order via telephone call and John was courteous, helpful, and prompt -- essentially filling out the same online-paywall form that I had used -- unsuccessfully. PlumbersStock, dump that current third-wall vendor. You're likely losing business because of the ridiculous snags/delays.

The order was supposed to ship within two days and it did not. I called before placing the order to make sure the website was accurate in quantity on hand and to confirm the shipping times. The order did not ship for 9 days when I was told 2. I was not emailed tracking information when it shipped either. I had to call twice in order to get it.
Frances on the phone was wonderful though. Helpful on my follow up call for tracking. But overall I will not use this company again. It delayed my project for a customer by over a week. I would have never ordered had I known they did not have the product on hand to ship in 1 -2 days like I was informed. Be cautious even if they tell you something on the phone.
