I asked customer support if they could give me information about when my order would ship. John T. sent me an e mail almost immediately, told me my order was shipped and gave me the tracking number. I don't know how he worked magic, but I got my shower head the next day!!

John was very helpful! A quick resolution to my question

The part I ordered was discontinued. They found a replacement part, but it was back ordered. I eventually cancelled the order; however, the service was great. They kept me apprised of the status and there was no hassle in cancelling the order. I will definitely try them again the next time the need arises.

I was skeptical, because there were some negative reviews here. They had the best price I could find for my toro sprinkler system part that went bad, so I bought the part here. Part arrived quickly. I did reach out to customer service, because I never received an update that the order had shipped or a tracking number, and customer service replied quickly. Highly recommend this company, and I would use them again! Part is exactly as described and was packaged very well

When I initially placed items in my cart it indicated the items would ship in 2 days. Once the order was submitted, the delivery date was noted as several weeks later. I reached out to Customer Service & Luna was extremely responsive & helpful -- ultimately being able to source both of my items from various warehouses and having all shipped out within 24 hrs removing a TON of stress from my master bath remodel!! Thank you Luna!!

I received first rate customer service and professional follow thru from Luna a PlumbersStock.com customer service representative. She was courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient in her assistance with me. I went from being a not so happy customer (long lead time for my chosen products and expensive shipping for a low cost product) to a PlumbersStock fan. Luna helped get it right. She was diligent and assured me that things would be taken care of and THEY WERE! She followed up and tracked it for me so I didn’t need to call back and do that myself. She then followed up! That is a true representative! As a result- we’ll absolutely work with PlumbersStock in the future. Thank you to Luna who is a 5 star customer service representative. People like Luna are what makes you guys great! 5 stars!!

My order was flagged and cancelled from Lexi Starley.
I called and spoke w/John T and he was very helpful in obtaining additional information from me to reinstitute my order and get things back on track for delivery.

Subsequently after that (about 30 min later), I received another email from Lexi Starley, cancelling the order again.

This is frustrating as I had to call PlumberStock again to understand, what was going on.
They ensured that my order has been placed and delivery is scheduled as planned.

All good now but still uneasy that my order is possibly cancelled.

Part was late at no fault of theirs. Didn’t need after that long. They refunded me immediately.
Great company.
