Plumbers Stock Opiniones

VERY MISLEADING... They advertise very agressive pricing, much better then competition, then add unrealistic shipping cost to make up the difference. in my case they wanted over $550.00 to ship a toilet! Really speaks to trust and fairness

My customer service representative Frances went over and above to get my question answered, followed up with any updates. I am totally pleased with the customer service that I received.😊

I spoke with Frances and he helped me place my order over the phone without any problem. Keep up the good work.

On 01/14/2026 I purchased 2 Delta shower heads for $15.44 each. PlumbersStock placed my order with the manufacturer, verified payment with my financial institution and was preparing my order for shipment.

After multiple emails and direct phone messages, PlumbersStock insists the product has never been received from the manufacturer. Despite increasing the purchase price on the PlumbersStock website by $100.35!

It is now nearly a month later on 02/08/2026 and I still haven’t received anything. Although PlumbersStock did manage to advise me that I may cancel my order, if I choose to!

Every time I’ve reached out for assistance with an order I’ve had the pleasure of working with Frances, who has been great at evaluating my issues while also providing valuable solutions. He’s certainly an excellent asset, and Plumbers Stock could use more folks like him.

Frances followed up on my call of yesterday, took my information and provided the shipping information all on the same call

I spoke with Francis. He was patient and thorough in helping me. Friendly and knowledgable. Thank you Francis!

Really responsive customer service. Frances got back to me soon after my inquiry and resolved my issue.

Great customer service.good knowledge of product

John was professional, detailed and courteous. He was very easy to work with.

While I would not rate my overall experience with Plumbersstock well, Luna was very helpful, got to the meat of the matter quickly, and resolved what she could quickly and I was appreciative of that.

Easy and fast communication.Representative was John

I requested an update and I got a quick response, in my opinion a supplier that is on the top of my request deserves my business.

Luna was very courteous and resolved my concerns and problem quickly.

John was easy to work with and very nice! I appreciate working with friendly competent people. Thank you, Teresa-Choice Carpentry

My chat and voice assistant (Luna) was very helpful in getting the correct part ordered. She paid attention to shipping and billing details and was also very informative with regards to back order expectations. She was also polite. Final price with shipping is a fantastic deal, approximately 60-80% less than all competitors I could find online.

My credit card kept being declined, but John helped me get back on track. John was very professional and patient with my problem.

Plumbers Stock offered not only a great selection of Toto Drake 1.6 gpf toilets but a great price as well.

My customer Service Rep., Luna assisted me with the purchase. She understood what I was looking for and went over and above in ensuring my needs were met.

The tank and toilet were individually boxed and very well insulated with packing material.

Overall, very happy with purchase and would purchase from Plumbers Stock in the future.

Luna was great at finding the parts I needed and letting me know the price discount based on a certain quantity that I could order. Thank you
