Advertised product that they couldn’t get and not in stock refunded then got a email to say it was dispatched, which I queried, and they blocked my email, oh dear 🤦♂️

Apologies for the inconvenience caused with your order, the website did display that the item was not in stock when you placed your order, which is why it stated "delivery available in 2 working days".
The product ordered wasn't a frequently sold item and when i contacted the supplier to get it for you i was advised that it was discontinued which as a distributor we have no control over.
Your order was placed at 11:50 on the 21/06/2023, we had contacted and refunded you within an hour of the order being placed to inform you of the issue.
Unfortunately, manufacturers simply don't have the resources to inform all their customers when a product they make becomes discontinued and we can only find this out when ordering.
When i refunded your order i also included information advising that you may receive an email advising your order has been dispatched and to disregard it.
Your email has not been blocked either you are free to contact us should need any assistance or have any issues at all.

I had a issue has sent a fixed centre shower. I was offered to exchange for the variable centre shower. Said I would check to see if I could adjust the pipes and it was an easy fix so kept the shower. So all good as they had offered to resend and pick up. Good communication and called back as promised. Great shower for price.

Missing parts on order
I placed an order for several items. When the order arrived it was short of some items. After talking to customer services they apologised said items were still in stock and would send them on next day delivery. The original order was placed on 9/6/23. I still didn’t receive the items as promised and when chased again I was told that several orders had gone missing. I gave them the benefit of doubt and was told that they would endeavour to get the items to me as soon as possible. The items appeared to be scheduled for delivery today 14/6/23 by DPD however after notification of a delivery time I received an email saying we were not in and they were unable to make a delivery, which is not true as we are a business open to the public with a manned reception all day. I know Plumbingforless have no control over delivery companies but it is very frustrating when you use a company because they tell you items are in stock but they fail to materialise. Especially when you are waiting on said parts to finish a job. I would like to add I used Plumbingforless because the materials are reasonably priced with a very good selection, and Liam who I have dealt with is very pleasant, it’s just a shame delivery lets it down.

Ordered Grohe shower head from Plumbingforless which was very well priced and chose standard delivery. They sent the item by next day delivery and the item arrived the next day well packaged and in perfect condition. That is what I call excellent service.
