Thank you for your review. The website states available in 45 working days, which is just to indicate that we don't have them in stock. On receipt of your email complaint about the 45 days, I called & advised that they would be around 1 week. You then asked for a refund which we issued within 24 hours. I am not sure where you have seen 2 days & you are not still waiting for the parts as we refunded you over a week ago. Please let me know if the refund hasn't come through.

Unfortunately when the delivery arrived it wasn't exactly what was ordered however a quick email from me resulted in a phone call and problem resolved by next post. Good customer service

As soon as your order came through, we checked and communicated the details of the out-of-stock items to you as quickly as possible, then issued a timely refund.

Questionable pricing?…
I ordered a Briston shower wall mixer bar and riser kit online from Plumbing 4 Less at a good price and paid immediately.
I got an automated e-mail confirming my order. Then I got another e-mail from a member of staff stating that Briston don't make electric showers any more and my order was cancelled. Then I got another e-mail from the same person saying sorry I made a mistake as the item you ordered in not electric, but the item you want is out of stock.
I wrote back asking how long it would be for delivery and he replied that it would be 2-3 days direct from the manufacturer but that they had just increased the price and added a delivery charge. I asked how much it had increased by and I received another e-mail with an invoice for a sum £32 more than that stated on the website and more than I had already paid.
I looked online at other companies prices for the same item and found one that was selling the item for £9.00 less than I had already paid Plumbing For Less so I asked for a refund as they couldn't honour the original advertised price. They refunded my money within a couple of hours.
I purchased the item from the cheaper company as I felt that Plumbing for Less were either trying to get customers by falsly advertising low prices or at best not keeping their online pricing up to date.
Maybe the prices had increased by the manufacturer but the price I paid at the other store was £43 less and that was also delivered direct from the manufacturer in 2 days.
I won't be looking to buy anything here again.

Apologies that I had initially made a mistake with your order/quotation If you refer to the last email that I sent you I had offered you the shower for 5% less than the website price & direct delivery from Bristan. I had also previously stated that we would pay the delivery charge from Bristan. We do our best to avoid mistakes, but will always do our best to resolve any issues that arise.

Richard has been so helpful in sourcing the part we required, 1st class service.
