Great experience, ordered special item that facilitated splitting pushfit 25mm fittings delivered by special delivery next saved hours of recutting pipe work and the cost the only place doing these that I came across very reasonably priced great service

Failure to supply item so central heating not working
Failure to supply item so central heating not working.
The part was ordered on the 19/01/2023 and has still not arrived on the 26/01/2023. Phoned company about the delay and told the part might arrive next Friday or Saturday. This is a very cold part of the year for the heating not to be working properly. I would NOT deal with this company again. Malcolm Foster

We are extremely disappointed to see that you feel our service was not good enough when dealing with your order.
At the time you placed your order the website clearly stated that the item was out of stock and delivery would not be available for 2 working days.
On the same day you placed your order the supplier was contacted who then advised us of a further 7-10 days of delays which we emailed and notified you about straight away, this email stated that delivery would be delayed until the 26/01/2023.
When an item is out of stock we are heavily reliant on the manufacturer/supplier sending us the goods on the date proposed by themselves, if this does not happen all we can do is chase them and update you accordingly which we did do on three separate occasions.
Your feedback is much appreciated and we are sorry if any inconvenience was caused.
If you do have any questions or require any assistance at all, do not hesitate to contact us.

They sent the items that they had in stock and the rest later.
It cost them double postage.
Most companies wait until they got everything then they sent you.
Above all they use DPD as delivery company which are number one company at present time.

Have used Plumbing for less for a couple of years now, I am a trade customer. The prices are good, the product choice is good, they were offering press fittings cheaper than most for a long time and the customer service has been second to none, highly recommend.
