Excellent Customer Service & Responsive
Maxine at Plumbing Word made resourcing and buying an Eastbrook toilet seat so easy! The toilet seat we needed wasn't their usual in-stock item. Maxine did however say they could obtain one direct from the supplier and when received they would send to us by courier. It was so good I've just ordered a second replacement seat for our other bathroom! Great Customer Service from Maxine, she was professional, helpful, timely and also had a sense of fun. I would NOT hesitate to buy from Plumbing World again. THANK YOU so much, I can't wait for the next seat to arrive!!!

Check stock levels
Was in stock on website when ordered, only to be informed that it was out of stock 2 day's later and unknown date for restock. I ordered from Amazon and received 2 day's later and saved £50

I am sorry to hear there was a stock issue with the product you ordered, and consequently we were unable to fulfil your order on this occasion.
I can see you ordered on Saturday, we don’t work weekends, so that would have been the reason for the delay in response, we offered you an alternative for the product we didn’t have in stock and this was sent to you on the Monday morning as soon as we was back in the office after the weekend.
Whilst we do stock an extensive range of products, we also rely on a number of suppliers for items that are not held in our warehouse.
This can mean we do have to wait a certain amount of time for products however we always inform you as soon as we can to advise of this.
Once again we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Won't be coming back
Won't be coming back. Ordered Bushboard panels as part of flat refurb. Haven't checked within 24 hours, as the bathroom wasn't ready and I did not want to damage it, so they were flat on the floor waiting. When the contractor, who recommended Bushboard btw, felt like something wasn't right, as the panels were not flat. Thought it would stick and stay flat, but after two days, the panels were still slightly curved.
Neither Plumbing World nor Bushboard were helpful, saying the same thing
"Unfortunately, there isn’t anything that can now be done. Any issues with faults/damages need to be reported within 48 hours. If there is a manufacturing issue images need to be sent at the earliest opportunity, so this can be forwarded on."
That's fine, their rules - they keep my money, but lost a customer. No more Bushboard, no more Plumbing World for me.
Very bad experience, and fortunately isolated, as during the refurbishment I made lots of orders online elsewhere - no issues, or customer service cared about the customer.

These are available to view online prior to purchase. Handling fees apply to all returns unless the reason for return is due to our error. We advise to report any visible damage seen upon delivery.
We emailed you to confirm this before delivery was made.

Good service at fair prices
I ordered three items - a heated towel rail, set of valves and a basin waste. Strangely, they were all delivered separately. I was given good tracking information on the towel rail and valves, but no information about the delivery of the basin waste. But one quick call to customer services sorted this out.
Then the towel rail and valves arrived in perfect condition. But when it arrived the basin waste was damaged. However it was easy to sort this out, and a replacement waste was delivered a few days later.
All in all, a good service.

Saw product on website , phoned up to check on a few things and return policy as i was a bit worried about the transport and any damages that may occur due to the 250 mile journey , however it arrived safe and sound , the driver brought it into the passage so all good

Quick delivery and great customer service
We needed a less common filter for our hot water tap which was proving hard to find. Plumbing World had it in stock so I ordered a few. They emailed to double check I had the right part. I did. And then the order was dispatched quickly.
Would use them again.

Excellent Customer Service – Highly Recommend
I recently ordered a shower tray from Plumbing World and was very impressed with their customer service. Although the tray arrived with some damage that wasn’t visible until unpacking, the team — especially Rob — handled the situation promptly and professionally.
Rob responded quickly to my emails, showed great understanding of my situation, and arranged a refund without any hassle when I explained I couldn’t wait for a replacement due to work already in progress at the property.
It’s rare to experience such efficient and considerate service these days. I truly appreciate how smoothly everything was handled, and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Plumbing World again.
Highly recommended — and wishing the whole team a Happy Easter!

Very disappointing!
My original order was dispatched for delivery within 2/3 days. It didn’t arrive.
It was dispatched a second time for delivery hy Evri within 1/2 days. A week later my order has still not arrived!

Easy to purchase at prices I was happy with.
Easy to purchase at prices I was happy with. The shower cubicle I purchased was a three sided glass with sliding door and looks excellent value.
Unfortunately the shower I wanted was out of stock from the supplier but Plumbing World suggested another which seemed to fit the bill and appears to be very similar, but as we have not yet fitted our bathroom I will have to reserve judgement on that.
