From first contact customer service was great . Consultant Anita rang, arranged a visit to discuss my options and requirements and arranged for samples to be sent. Once I had chosen Anita returned , took numerous measurements and returned just a few weeks later to fit the loose covers . I'm absolutely delighted with the results and very impressed with service all throughout the process. Would definitely recommend Plumbs

I am completely happy with my choice to use Plumbs. They are professional, helpful and knowledgeable. There is a vast choice of fabrics. Plumbs had already fitted my lounge curtains. So, for my sofa covers I went straight to Plumbs as the quality of fabric and professionals working is excellent. The process was smooth and coordinated and communicated effectively.
I received samples that I chose. Then I met my specialist consultant and reviewed fabric options. I stuck to my first choice. Margaret professionally measured my sofa and foot stool. Plumbs were made these for me quicker than I anticipated and were fitted professionally.

This is the third set of loose covers ive had from plumbs and each time they are brilliant. Great fit great fabrics and great value for money. I am always thrilled with them. Karen Campbell my consultant is very knowledgable about the products she sells and the whole process from ordering them to fitting them is so easy. The quality of the workman ship on the covers is supberb hence the reason for reordering them. Thanks to all the team who work on them.

Everyone I spoke to, whether face to face or in person was friendly and helpful. It seemed that everybody knew each other. There was a mix, up with the fitting date which meant my curtains arrived a couple of weeks later than I was expecting. I had thermal linings which are very thick - they don't open as far as my old curtains so I will have to get some metal tie backs. This could have been explored at the consultation. The curtains look lovely when drawn at night.

Rob took great care to measure everything, also showed us lots of samples until we found what we wanted. He returned to fit the covers and ensured they all fitted correctly. Very professional, polite and helpful. Extremely pleased with the service

Our old bed settee and armchair are like new, Plumbs were always punctual and helpful, we felt they cared about their customers. Would definately recommend them for service and quality

I ordered additional armcovers and although they arrived quickly and were of as equally good quality as the originals they were a different colourway of the pattern.I contacted my local Plumbs rep and she was very helpful and said that if I returned them I would probably get a full refund but could not guarantee that Plumbs would replace them with the correct colourway. That would mean that I would have no spare arm covers, so although they are not a true match I have to hope people won't notice! I am very disappointed.

Over the last few months I have had several sets of curtains made and lots of furniture covered. Quality is excellent. My local agent Lauren is a star and nothing is too much trouble. She is a real asset to Plumbs

I was very happy with the quality of the curtains I ordered. They were ready quicker than expected. The only delay I experienced was in the actual fitting . I would however be happy to order from Plumbs again.

At the initial visit from Lynn Foster, and the follow-up visit to measure, she was excellent in providing information and advice as to which materials would best meet our requirements. When our two sofas and chair were returned they looked splendid and are very comfortable. At first I was surprised these were delivered with no protective covering for the new Palermo Sky upholstery though all was OK.

I placed my order in April and paid a large deposit. I wasn't contacted until (after much chasing) July. I then paid the full amount. The upholstery is good but I later realised the replacement seats cushions are too big and a struggle to fit onto the sofa. I ordered a matching throw (to protect the sofa from pets), it didn't arrive. I had to call constantly but I was put off every time, callbacks were promised but rarely happened. I got a throw in September but it's too short! I give up!!

I ordered loose covers for two large sofas, an armchair and a matching set of curtains for my living room. I can honestly say my experience with Plumbs has been absolutely fantastic. In particular, with Amanda, the Plumbs sales consultant who measured up for both the curtains and for the sofa covers amd fitted the sofa covers. Amanda was incredibly professional, understood what I was looking for, was tremendously knowledgeable around fabrics and designs and made suggestions that made all the difference to how my home looks now and I couldn't be happier with how my sofas and curtains look. The quality and fit of the fabric is beautiful and it has tranformed my home so a huge shout out to Amanda and the team st Plumbs for such a terrific job!!!
