Plus Cover is, in my experience, the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their website makes impressive promises, but when you actually need a repair, you are made to jump through hoops and face delay after delay until you are almost ready to give up. What should be a simple repair becomes an unnecessary and extremely frustrating experience.

I also chose the no-excess cover, only to discover that it does not apply for the first 90 days. So despite paying for 12 months, you effectively only get this benefit for around nine months. In my opinion, it is far better to pay a little more for a reputable company such as British Gas than put yourself through the constant frustration I have experienced with Plus Cover.

I initially phoned for an engineer to come and look at my washing machine. Had to send a short video in which I did. I then had an email to say it won't be repaired, instead I will get a replacement. I had great updates and my machine turned up this morning. Chuffed to bits with it. Oliver was the person who was dealing with it. He went above and beyond to help me. Well done PlusCover.

I switched to pluscover after domestic and general more than doubled the monthly cost to insure my washing machine. PlusCover was a third of the price!! I was a little dubious changing from a well known brand, however after I have had to make my first call out I can say it was definitely worth it!!! There was no issue with the repair being booked in and carried out, the staff who organised the repair were friendly, helpful and just great (my office contact was Oliver) and the engineers professional and friendly and did a good job correcting the issue.

Used this company to insure my washing machine. The machine developed a fault a local engineer contacted me within a couple of days,fault was repaired quickly and efficiently, excellent service. Can only speak as I find.

the plumber that came out was excellent a did an excellent job an checked everything very thoroughly .

Every time I call for report something they say it is not emergency and I have paid £129 for call engineer. I don’t recommend this company.

Very good service my gas oven broke down I called pluscover explained the problem engineer Garry was sent out he ordered the part that was needed came back after few days and replaced it Thanks to Garry and pluscover 👍

Ease of access to a person who guided me through the the process every step of way spead in which my issue was delt with from speaking to Oliver who is extremely knowledgeable as is every member of the team my dishwasher was replaced within a couple of days and the only thing I had to which was send the serial number of my replacement new appliance to which Bill took the time to guide me through the process who was knowledgeable and professional took me through the process as I am not that good with tech and everyone was extremely patient with me so I would like to take the time to give Oliver Bill and everyone at plus cover a heart felt thankyou I highly recommend plus cover for there professional, kind team for all the patience and time to resolve my problems I would be truly lost without this cover on my appliances cover so glad I chose to come to plus cover as very friendly team everything was resolved extremely quick and efficient and all at extremely reasonable pricings for the cover and quality of service is second to non again HIGHLY recommend many many thanks Mr Knight

They were quick to respond to the problem. They also fixed our washing machine in no time. They were helpful and polite.

They dealt with me quickly and professionally. Replaced my broken hob straight away with a brand new one. Answered my emails straight away

So glad I went with PlusCover! Cheap monthly cost to cover all my goods. Had to claim and a really friendly engineer John got our washing machine fixed on his first visit. Cannot recommend enough.

I had quote saved, and phoned through as been with Domestic & General for donkey years. I was greeted by Oliver, who not only, reassured me, but because I am Priorty group, he was patient with me. I am incredibly impressed with PlusCover software, quick, transparent and fluid. As soon as I put in model no, serial no, Oliver picked this up. It was amazing! Bonus to call through, without having to go through endless options! Now I have 3 appliances covered for virtually the price of one, fixed for 3 years 🤗

Recently covered my appliances have been so happy with the service. Sadly our dryer broke and an engineer came to try to repair it then due to it not being repairable it was replaced.
Bedt cover out there. Everyone in the team is so helpful emails and calls are done by knowledgeable friendly staff to ensure support is provided to customers.
