​I regret to say that the bed I received was not up to standard. The build quality is poor, but the most concerning part is the material, which is literally falling apart. It clearly isn't designed to last. When I reached out to flag these defects, the customer service team was dismissive and rude rather than trying to find a solution. Avoid this company if you value quality products and respectful service.

I am beyond disappointed with both the product I received and the non-existent customer service from this company. I ordered a velvet piece that arrived in a shocking state of disrepair.
​Product Quality Issues:
​Structural Damage: The velvet fabric is ripped in multiple places, leaving the raw wood frame and sharp staples completely exposed. It is not only poorly made but actually dangerous.
​Poor Finish: The feet of the unit are heavily scratched and scuffed, suggesting zero quality control or previous use.
​False Advertising: The color is nowhere near the representation in the professional photos. It is fundamentally not the product I paid for.
​Customer Service & Legal Concerns:
​I have attempted to contact the team multiple times to resolve this, yet I have been met with total silence. After reviewing their "company policies," it is clear they are written in a deliberate attempt to circumvent UK Trading Standards and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
​Note to the company: Statutory rights cannot be "signed away" by a hidden policy. Goods that are damaged and not as described must be refunded or replaced.
​Ignoring a customer won’t make your legal obligations disappear. If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I will be escalating this via Citizens Advice and my credit card provider via a Section 75 claim.
​Save your money and your sanity—shop elsewhere.

We bought two kingsize trundle beds from Plush Furniture and absolutely love them. The quality is fantastic and the lead time was incredibly quick. The beds are unique in that they combine wonderful aesthetics with great functionality: I have not seen this anywhere else. This means that we have two very smart king size beds for family members but with the trundle option are able to accommodate for kids’ sleepovers. Super impressed and great service too with quick turnaround from order to delivery, great communication and super quick and efficient assembly service too. Thank you

Amazing quality bed we ordered the plush fabric and it is fabulous, was delivered in exactly the time frame they said it would be although I didn’t receive an email that’s the only downfall they could definitely improve with the communication side as I had to call to find out when it would be delivered but customer service is excellent! Always someone available to speak to. Adam was amazing and even carried my bed upstairs when he realised I was pregnant and couldn’t manage on my own very attentive. Can’t reccomend plush furniture enough!

Customer service is very good and responsive. Mattress ordered with pillow top was not quite what I thought I was ordering but a good resolution was provided. They were easily contactable and kept in touch reference delivery.

Great buying experience. Delivery was well communicated, the bed is great. Very easy to put together. No instructions but you don't need any it's that simple. I used the WhatsApp to ask a quick question to check about the slats on a Sunday afternoon. Didn't expect a reply until the Monday, but got one straight away! Will definitely recommend the company and use again.

I cannot fault Plush furniture. Up front from the beginning and so helpful. I was hesitant when I seen some of the reviews and thought I’d reach out to the company to chat to them, I recommend everyone does this. Adam was reassuring and helpful. I ordered a race car bed for my son and mattress. Delivery was within 2 weeks of the order and arrived perfectly, when confirming delivery the company confirmed how many boxes etc would be coming so I knew what I was receiving. The bed arrived and is absolutely perfect! The mattress isn’t suitable for my sons age, this is in no way plush furnitures fault, it’s simply the mattress suitable for the bed that they send up, the mattress itself would have been perfect but my son is too young to use that type, arranging the refund was easy and awaiting the company to be in the area for a collection. The only issue I had (again in no way Plush furnitures fault) was one of the little headlights wasn’t clipped in properly and Adam and I came up with a solution for that and it was no issue at all. I read reviews about communication not being great and I have to disagree completely, when I called they answered promptly and were so kind (even though I must have called a few times - they will be glad to not hear from me again!) and when I contacted them they contacted me back. I would have no hesitation recommending this company or using them again!

Have used plush for a few properties now. 10 beds in total so far and have always been very helpful, good quality and very competitive with pricing

We ordered a divan bed from plush furniture which we were so excited for. When the bed arrived at no one’s fault but our own the head board didn’t fit up our stairs, we called Plush Furniture to explain the issue and Adam arranged collection, remake and re-delivery of the head board for us. The new head board arrived at the weekend giving us a now complete bed which we absolutely love!!

For a mistake that was our fault we are extremely happy with the customer service we received and Adam going above and beyond to help us with our issue - he is a credit to the company!

Thank you Plush Furniture for not only supplying us with a bed we absolutely love but also being so understanding and helpful with a problem that was no one’s fault but our own.

Wow , just wow , my son absolutely loves his new bed , the Quality is amazing, The overall customer service was also amazing, when we are ready to redo our bedroom we will be ordering our bed from plush furniture

I ordered a double guest bed and I’m really let down by the quality and service. We ordered the guest bed in steel grey velvet it appears rough and bubbly, and it certainly doesn’t look new at all. I paid an additional £75 for the bed to be assembled, but when the guy left, I realized that the planks weren’t screwed in, and the support bar wasn’t secured either. He had literally just put the four corners together and put the mattress on top also When
he arrived, he asked if I had a tools to put the bed together. Luckily, my partner did, but if we hadn’t, we would have paid for a service that couldn’t be completed. I would avoid this company and I would never buy a bed online again I’m more annoyed of the quality of the material. When I reached out to the company and express my concerns I was ignored

Really pleased with the whole experience the company couldn’t have been more helpful with any questions being answered super quick. Ordering was very simple and delivery was fast had a phone call to confirm the date and time to suit me. Delivery driver was very polite and helpful. The bed itself is beautiful we ordered the Elise in plush grey with storage very well made. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this company.

Adam was simply outstanding in dealing with my order and rushing the bed through for xmas. He further sent a rep to adjust the fittings. The bed is beautiful and looks much more expensive than that paid. I would buy a good mattress independently but the bed frame and finish is beautiful.

Excellent customer care from start to finish. Well presented/ on time/regular updates and helpful at the delivery stage and the product is gorgeous. I ordered the Kerry saver trundle bed . Very easy to assemble and premium quality. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Happy with the bed, but delivery is a nightmare. My word of advice is to expect an 8-week lead time and you'll be less disappointed. Similar to other reviews you'll read here, we had a terrible time with delivery. Our bed was ordered on the 10th of November. I reached out to customer service on the 4th of December (anticipating a 3 week lead time as stated on the website) where I found out the bed was still in manufacturing. Another week passed, and on 12 December I reach out again to ask for a delivery update, which did result in the streaming service sending me a delivery date of the 14th, after requesting expedited delivery. When the bed arrives on the 14th, it's missing the slats (rendering the bed unusable) as the delivery company "lost the unit in the warehouse". I've been using the mattress on the floor, and it's been comfortable. Come to today, the 6th of January, where the last pieces were finally delivered and I may actually get to use the bed properly tonight. I think PLUSH needs a better distributor overall as the delivery team (SGK) was also very unfriendly and refused to bring items further than the entry of the home. The bed itself was very easy to assemble, but you may want to pay for assembly just so they actually deliver the bed to the room you want it in.

I was a bit sceptical because I never heard of them but I'm glad I went with my gut .

Communication was excellent, delivery even better... My new bed was ready much quicker than expected. Excellent material.

Ordered a car bed on 26th november, due to the previous review of the lady that gave 1 star i phoned the company to check if we would get the bed before Xmas due to being a Xmas preasant for our grandson, they were honest and said they didnt have the stock but had a container due to arrive before Xmas and would do everything they could to get it to us in time, the bed arrived and is stunning wish it was my bed and I'm 56 years old, so a big thank you to the team, maybe just a little bit more communication would have been better but they always answered the phone and gave us honest answerers so had to be 5 stars

Ordered a bed for my grandson, they have sent a confirmation email, but have heard nothing from them since that was 26 days ago. So i emailed them on Monday and got an automatic response saying they would reply within 24 hours ? still nothing 36 hours later. These beds are not cheap and we have paid over £700 I would expect better customer service than this. Really worried now Not sure if this company is a scam ????
