DO NOT get their free sample pack ... there's more to come
I ordered their free sample pack from one of their teaser ads on Facebook on 11/20/2025, Arrived Nov 26. I was not impressed. As many other products on the market it did nothing for my old dog and he did not like it.
On 12/4/25 at 2:14 AM I received this email: "Order #24757 confirmed." Of course I did not see it until about 8 am. I checked my bank and they had charged me $37.88 without my consent. No email "we're about to charge you, please update your subscription" or nothing like that, like reputable companies do.
At 8:21 AM I sent them an email with subject "NO!"
saying, "I did not order this. You people need to quit doing that. Cancel this and give me my money back."
I was informed the order had shipped, and the only thing I could do was return it unopened and I would get my money back. Well ... that was no so. Meanwhile, my mortgage payment bounced, since I had not calculated for the extra charge on that account.
I returned the package and informed them that I had done so on 12/21/2025.
Fast forward to 2/28/2026, and four more emails from me, I still have not received the refund.
UPDATED MARCH 28, 2026:
.... as would be my luck, the package got lost. I even initiated a missing mail search and provided Pluto with this information.
After some 5 or 6 emails, on March 22, 2026, I received this email: "We apologize to hear that. Let me consult our warehouse and accounting team with this. Show the claim will proceed if this was lost. Thank you for your patience.
Pluto Customer Service"
i have not heard back from them.
Note, the refund request has been ongoing since Dec 2025.
Update 5/2/2026: The post office followed up and the product was finally delivered back to their facility. I never received a refund .
