We have tried to contact you by email and phone call(left messages) since received review with “Fake relx Pods” on Trustpilot. We never receive any answers or feed back from you.
We carry genuine Relx pods. All product comes from Authorized RELX Distributor, each product have serial number/or QR code. These numbers can tracking product to manufacture step.
If you believe you received" fake" product. Please provide Serial number on the back of each pack, and Photos with these products. We can check the status for your order.
We understand there are competitions between businesses. However, accusing competitor sale counterfeit product was crossed red line. PodnMod.com reserve rights to proceed legal action against any person spread rumors.

We just checked your order #****3847. it states "order automatically cancelled, due to age verification failed". If you miss typed information in the age verification process, the system will automatically decline order. please place new order with correct information.
Your payment has been voided/refund when order get cancelled. Depend on your bank/financial institute , the refund usually take 1-2 business days to hit your account. Some banks take 7-10 day. Please contact your financial institute directly.

I tried to order pods from this websites. Due to some unforeseen factor I needed them to be returned. I emailed them request a return and refund which was within the 30 days window of their return policy stated on their website, they have refuse to honour their end of the deal with some BS covid excuse. It's clearly they are unprofessional at dealing with returns for their customers and I hope to warn others they are an fraudulent website and stay away from doing Business with them. Scam scam scam!!! Don't buy from them ever!!

Ordered pods from this website, they delivered a faulty package, when I ask to return it, they give me a excuse that they're not willing to accept the return due to "covid", I'm taking this matter to PayPal to have this complaint lodged as it was clearly states on their website it's 30days returns, and refund. Clearly they are not honouring that. Liars, cheats and scammer website! AVOID AT YOU OWN RISK
