Even in light of our pitiful USPS response time in making deliveries, items do arrive in an acceptable time frame. Plus, it's not PodnMod's fault. It's the management of the postal service.

Messed up my order

Messed up my order then I had to repurchase my order to get the correct items with a refund when they receive the wrong items back.

Warehouse team made the mistake. When we received your repurchase confirmation, the replacement Pods have been sent to you ASAP.

I have no complaints

I have no complaints. With everything going on my purchase came in tac & I must say way faster than I expected so thank u for the good services.

We have checked your order status, your shipment is on the way with USPS tracking# ***7748.

Covid-19 period, a lot of issue with Shipping Carriers, it is a big headache for PodnMod, we have received many complaints about it. We have tried ship with UPS, Fedex and USPS. All carriers have the same issue with the delivery time frame.

I've edited my ratings to 5 stars. Modpod doesn't manufacture blu pods, so I can't fault them for this funk. They responded to my review, which shows good customer service. I'm Waiting for the response to the email I sent. The company is fine. Something is wrong with blu.
