Wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering, ordered prescription toothpaste on 3rd Jan and no sign of it. Tel no. on website does not exist, starting a dispute claim through my bank.

Horrible company, first order didn’t arrive need to chase them. 2 days delivery time and arrived 10 days after, CC apologised and I give another try, same thing again order made 30/12 and now is 10/01 and nothing yet. Save your time and stress go to a different provider.

Avoid avoid avoid, do not use they are a scam. Placed an order, payment went through and had confirmation, then kept getting emails saying I had exited to soon and needed to pay, when I got an email asking for payment at 3.30am on New Year’s Day I knew it was a scam. Need reporting to stop trading.

Scam ! Do not buy from them, they aren’t medical they take your money and do not deliver. Shouldn’t be allowed to do this. Disgusting as this is medicine that people rely on.

I ordered some vitamins on the 7/12/2024 which had a 2 to 5 day delivery date
The items had not arrived by 17/12 and my email and phone call were unanswered
I was beginning to doubt whether the company was genuine or not
On 19/12 I received an email apologising for an out of stock situation and confirming the order would be despatched
I am pleased to report that today 21/12 60 percent of the order was delivered with a note to say the rest to arrive separately
The goods were as described and received well packed
I would have given a 5 score if the temporary out of stock position had been highlighted with an extended delivery date given at the point of order

Please update your system i have order inhaler took 4 days to come

If I could have given zero stars I would have. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They claim they can send stock next day delivery and 4 days later we are still waiting. Now they claim due to a technical issue they can't give me any tracking information.
Now after numerous emails they aren't messaging back. The fraud department where I work have started looking into them

Paid £10 for next day delivery... three days later it has not arrived.

No confirmation email / royal mail tracking. Order says completed but nothing recieved.

24/7 Customer service number does not connect.

Next action will be an indemnity claim if I do not recieve the goods.

Okayish website. I ordered inhaler for my asthma flare up and it said next day delivery (I paid for next day delivery) and it came after a whole week!!
So annoying.

I was concerned after reading reviews however regular updates via email (they did go into my junk folder) and arrived quickly

Still waiting on my order. Ridiculous

I paid £9.99 for next-day delivery on Thursday night. The order arrived 6 days later. I expected it to arrive on Monday as I ordered late Thursday night. However, it arrived on Wednesday. Why offer next-day delivery if you aren't able to do so? Don't bother paying higher rates for fast delivery. The inhaler was as described, and there were no issues with the product itself.

Placed ordered and paid, was told 4 days later that product was out of stock and I would get a refund. Still no refund. I have also reported the website to the National Cyber Security Centre as a scam and customers should do the same

Total lack of customer service. Website says customer queries are answered within 24 hours…they are not and don’t waste your time calling their listed contact number as it does not exist…

Trying to fob me off, been waiting over 2 weeks for some inhalers. They estimated 2-3 working days maximum delivery! its now over two weeks! Got in contact with not soo customer support for them to say 4 days later, its in transit please be patient! are they real?! I can see why the reviews are now terrible, at least i've had my money back from the card company, they took 5 minutes not 2 weeks. They must have a record of previous challenges with this company.

Absolutely a joke I ordered on the Friday paid extra for next day delivery ok it was the weekend so I'd have thought it would be Monday but now it's Tuesday and still no delivery I ordered inhalers as I need them im copd due from working in dusty environment and I emailed the company they said its out of there hands still waiting I tried tracking them it still says in transit Absolutely a joke don't buy from This company when your in need im shortness of breath now still waiting

I ordered my meds on a Wednesday night and they arrived the following Saturday morning.
I did not receive a confirmation email which was worrying. Perhaps this can be improved in future.

DO not order from this company, they do not send orders , their contact number is not in service , reporting company

Ordered 4 items and only one arrived. I queried this with no response initially but then finally got a response stating the other items were out of stock and I would get a refund. A month on I have no refund and I am getting no responses to my emails. The phone number on the website doesn’t work and a phone number that was on an email response claimed they had no trace of me being a customer. Do NOT trust this company.
