From the beginning, the process of setting up my policy was straightforward and clearly explained. Lewis was very knowledgeable, friendly on helping me find the right coverage rather than pushing unnecessary extras. He also assisted us in looking for life insurance for my husband who we thought was not eligible for any insurance cover due to having a life long medical condition. Overall, extremely happy with the service provided by Polly.

His mannerisms and openess was outstanding, considering the morbidity of the purpose behind life insurance. 1,000,000% definitely going to request Polly to friends and family.

Had a lovely guy, Scott Williams, helping me sort out my life insurance today. Was a tad unsure about doing this as I’m still quite young but he was friendly and easy to talk to throughout the process, reassuring me it’s probably better to do it now rather than wait. Made everything very clear for me and offered to help my partner sort out his life insurance too. Not a bad word to say :)
