I have two polices with Polly. Each time I have spoken to them they have been friendly, helpful and down to earth. I would highly recommend them! Mitchell was lovely and very good at his job! I cannot remember the name of the other chap but he was also lovely. Thank you guys!

We were looking to get a better life…
We were looking to get a better life insurance policy after having a baby and I found Polly online.
James Green gave me a follow up call and was so helpful, he explained everything really clearly, answered all my questions and worked around me be a busy mum.
He even helped her my husband set up with cover from Tom.
We saved ourselves money and got better cover and it didn't fell stressful at all.

Today I spoke with Tommy Miles to redo…
Today I spoke with Tommy Miles to redo my life insurance we did it 4 years ago and it was just to update any changes.
Tommy was very knowledgeable and helpful which made me feel confident about the policy.
Explained about the app and how easy it was to downloaded so I could see my policy straight away it was very easy to use.
I asked a few questions he answered and made sure I was happy with everything.

Good experience
James Green has just set me up. Clear explanations, patient with me and it was pretty quick and easy to do. Would recommend. Only criticism is I have had a lot of calls since my initial online quote. Would recommend just phoning in the first time .

Fantastic customer service
I requested a quote from Polly.co.uk looking for cheaper and better life insurance protection. I’ve had a very positive experience following my phone call from Lewis Routley. From the beginning, the process of setting up my policy was straightforward and clearly explained. Lewis was very knowledgeable, friendly on helping me find the right coverage rather than pushing unnecessary extras. He also assisted us in looking for life insurance for my husband who we thought was not eligible for any insurance cover due to having a life long medical condition. Overall, extremely happy with the service provided by Polly.
