I recently had Victor at Pongobyte build a custom SFF PC for me and couldn't be happier with the result. From the first conversation through to the final build, communication was excellent — Victor kept me informed at every stage and was always happy to answer questions.

What really set the experience apart was the after-sales support. Victor went above and beyond helping me with the setup, which isn't something you'd expect from most builders. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Had an amazing experience with Victor from Pongobyte, had a tricky ITX build with many custom parts. Victor was patient and did lots of research into my requests and reached out to multiple sources to try and acquire or 3D print the requested parts, although I ended up sourcing some of my own parts in the end. Would highly recommend, and have no hesitation in returning in the future for upgrades or new builds!

They advertised at the wrong price and after ordering parts to build a computer around that component they decided to cancel my order so now im out of pocket hundreds of dollars

I contacted Pongobyte Computers as a friend had recommended me their service. I requested two higher end PCs which were both customised to meet our needs and I was blown away by the fantastic service.

Both PCs run exactly as they had discussed with me, parts and prices were exactly how I imagined them to be and the design was exactly how I wanted them to look.

The experience I had while discussing the build was 10/10, communication and responses were quick and very detailed. Every part was explained very well, beyond my expectations with links attached. Victor's personal recommendation and reasons made it very reassuring for myself and their price saving advice about parts and performance made it very easy to trust them.
