I don't know where to start other than just expressing how professional those working for this business are.

After finally pulling the plug and deciding to get my first gaming PC, I did some looking around to see a black friday sale from a company called Evatech. I looked into their computer they were currently discounting, the Wraith. I was immediately shocked at the price to performance and that night committed to the purchase.

From the get go it was obvious the employees had the best intentions for me and more! They called and emailed me about a chose I had chosen to customize, telling me about how another choice of the exact same price would better suit my build and actually be better. And this happened within 10mins of me placing the order with later emails occuring within half an hour! (Thank you Ryan!)

The delivery of the PC has not led me to see any problems whatsoever. The hardware was so well packaged and though I did inspect it, nothing needed to be put back in place. The delivery time was also really appreciated especially with Evatech already dealing with who knows how many orders during early December from black friday sales and the holiday period.

I couldn't be more happy with this company and I have full faith that I can always shoot them a quick email if I think something requires their attention. I would definitely buy from Evatech again!

Ordered off an OzBargain deal. Quality parts. Super fast and efficent responses to emails (and a call - so good to see a shop with a proper phone number). Ordered on a Wednesday, and delivered to Sydney by Monday morning - impressive.

Bought custom PC's and components from Evatech over a period of 9 years, and it has been outright the best experience I have EVER had. Not just with a PC oriented business, but with ANY business I've interacted with. You want competitive prices? Use these guys. You want a quality and fully functional PC build? Use these guys. You want top tier packaging, postage, and warranties? Use these guys. You want the best customer service possible? Use these guys. They went above and beyond the call of duty to patiently help me with an unrelated monitor issue I had and saved me alot of money. It would be a serious error of judgement to use any other business. 11/10

I recently bought my PC from here and couldn't be happier with the expertise, question answering, and end result! I got an email asking to review them on Google, but I don't like Google so I hope a review here is just as useful.

Had the worst experience ever. Bought what was supposed to be a high end system online through their website. Once paid for, Evatech refused to tell me what components I was purchasing and a breakdown of the costing regardless of my concerns that I wouldn't be happy with the quality of parts they were selecting. Their markups were insane once I found out some of the parts I was getting. They tried calling themselves a boutique computer shop that were offering a unique service. All they were in the end were a shop that prayed on people that didn't know much about computers. I ended up managing to cancel my order after being screwed about for at least a month after paying them. And that was because I was so frustrated and annoyed with their poor service and talking in circles that I ended up coming across as way too difficult to deal with. I kept hounding them to tell me what components they were putting in my system. They obviously don't know how to handle people that actually want to know what they're paying for. Seriously, go to Scorptec. I got double the system for thousands less and they offered to put my system together and burn it in for free which was the special service Evatech claimed to offer. They didn't even manage to get my system running due to using a motherboard that wasn't up to scratch for the cpu I'd bought. Not a good experience at all

Actually told me I was spending too much for what I wanted to achieve, walked me through where to save money on my build. What sort of store does that? really refreshing. Saved a few hundred bucks that would otherwise been wasted and couldn't be happier with the PC.

Website is super easy to use, I don't know a lot about PCs and even i could figure it out! had a few questions, got a email reply within 10 minutes answering all of them very clearly. Order arrived within a week, couldn't be happier! Loving my new gaming PC.
