Great customer service from Charlie! Received the product with amazing updates from their system with tracking information. Devliery was within 3-5 working days as expected! From order 15 different items from different websites, Pooky's light was delivered first!!!

We bought two modern brass picture light and brass ceiling uplighter and are delighted with the walls and ceiling are washed in indirect light.

The quality of the lamps and shades are exceptional and expertly packed. One package arrived damaged and there was no problem with the return. If you haven't seen Genesis you don't know what you are missing! It's brilliant!

The lampshade is beautiful- a lovely design and well made. The colours of the online image were accurate - this isn’t always so. Ordering was easy and delivery amazingly fast.

I love my Pooky lights. I have a Bertie bowl pendant and a Rita large chandelier which is the pride of my home. Its glass pendants tinkle musically when I have the window open and it fills my heart with joy. Unfortunately, I smashed into it whilst making my bed and 2 crystals broke. My receipt was long gone and if I had additional crystals they’d been lost in 2 house moves. Long shot, but I contacted Pooky and Isabelle sent over an invoice and had them sent out for me. Absolutely thrilled with the customer service and quality of their items. Nice to see a company invested in quality and uk-based customer service in a made-to-throw, faceless-websites era. Hats off to Pooky for giving a c**p about their products once they’ve left the shop and helping customers fix their products as opposed to throwing in landfill and buying their new shiny thing. Sets them apart from many quality retailers!

Visited the Gloucester showroom and met the fantastic team who were very knowledgeable about their products and helped us narrow down the fittings we were looking for - enjoying great coffee while we browsed.

I am so impressed with this company and their products. Ordered 2 switches (toggle) in bronze. They arrived really well packaged the next day, which is impressive, but the quality of the switches is just perfect, so much so I ordered another and had the exact same experience. Sadly our budget did not stretch to replacing our sockets. I would have no hesitation in buying from Pooky again and will be telling my friends as well. Thank you Pooky!

Excellent service ahead of order. Products is fantastic! Many rechargeable lights require the fitting to be charged via a power outlet close by. As Pooky rechargeable lights have a removable cell/bulb, it’s convenient to fit the light anywhere in the home.

This ceiling light is absolutely beautiful. Not in situ yet but I know it will be a wonderful feature in my bedroom.

The customer care from this company is 200%. Special thanks to Abi. Nothing was too much trouble. The light fittings are high quality and delivery prompt. I will not hesitate to order from this company again. It is very rare to get such excellent customer service. Thank you

Our lamp & lampshade arrived promptly and in outstanding packaging, the box for the floor lamp was incredibly well designed.
We now have a beautiful lamp & shade which receives lots of compliments I think that says something for a lamp!!
