Support acknowledged the but said it need to bee escalated to the engineering team. its been a week and im just getting generic we are still investigating updates. very slow resolution

Been trying to log in for three days because the 2fa sms code never arrives. Submitted a support ticket on a tuesday, and im still a waiting to response. the supportteam is incredibly slow. i eventually had to use the forgot password workaround five times just to get into my account once. very frustrating expirience
