The customer service is second to none!

Ordering on the website is easy and secure which is a bonus. Proces are keen andnstock variety is good.

When it comes to problems, they shine! My delivery was delivered to a public walkway near my flat. This was a delivery driver issue... the owner stepped up when I advised that the delivery was not made that the delivery driver left a photo of him leaving the package where anyone could get it... it was gone by the time ingot home. I was asked if I wanted a refund or redelivery. I opted for a redelivery.
They dealt with the issue quickly and without fuss, they even shipped next day delivery.

You cannot argue against the customer service, it really was fantastic.
I will definatly be using the company again. An easy 5 stars for this company

Absolutely amazing service! Ordered my items on friday afternoon - and paid for 1st class 'Tracked delivery' - arrived by DPD on Tuesday (today) after at 5.15pm at my front door. Well worth to pay the extra postage if you want a peace of mind & if you are pressured for time which i was as it is a birthday present for a friend tonight!! i am well happy! Apart from that - all items are well wrapped....! Thanks again & Highly recommended!!

I had tried to order from two similar websites and in both instances I received e-mails telling me I had to pay by bank transfer as Visa and MasterCard had blocked sex toy sites. I don't give out my banking details.
