Initially sent a unit to be calibrated but it was well past its used by date.
Communication from all customer service people was fantastic via phone and email.
Decision to purchase a new test and tag unit from Appliance Testing Supplies was easy given the fantastic service so far.
New unit ordered and received in less than a week.

The training was good. The product I bought was good. I asked twice now to book in for a calibration of the testing equipment. No answer for 10 days???

Extremely poor service on two occasions. Back-to-back orders.
This was the second order places with Appliance testing supplies. Our first order took 6 weeks to deliver depite being promised delivery 3 weeks prior. THis order was no different. Dispatch was promised next day, confirmation was done in person and over the phone. One week later when following up our order I was told it was being picked and would be dispatched next day. I insisted that an overnight delivery at no extra cost was now sought, as the labels on order needed to be received next day because of having booked a contractor for test and tagging. The delivery request was honoured with delivery next day.
