Nick has been amazing since I applied and I received a call back instantly. After completing my application, he genuinely explained me what sorts of rate I could get and what would be the best outcome and repayment structure. I found these guys to have a complete lack of transparency about what they do, how they operate and what they charge.
They advertise the availablity of rates as low as 4.5% to suck people in, but who gets these. My loan was submitted to a single lender whose lowest rate is 8%. I was not given options, alternatives or an explanation. Most importantly when the loan details came through there was 10% of the loan value added onto the loan, which it turns out is their fee. Never once was this 'fee' disclosed in email or our phone conversation.
Overall I found these guys highly unprofessional and would highly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

Update:Despite the claim below that the fee was outlined in correspondence, I have reviewed all emails for a 3rd time and find no evidence to support this claim. I also asked the broker to show me where this was outlined and received no response to this enquiry.
